I think every woman has that one nail salon that they prefer to go to over any other salon. Lovely Nails is that place for me. They always do such a great job. The owner always has a smile on her face. And I noticed today that every customer who left, dawned over there nails before leaving. They were all so happy with their nails. I didn't get any design done. My look for Christmas is a bit modest, however, I couldn't be happier with the color and overall quality.
I had my nails done for only the 2nd time in my life I usually just like my nails short clean and healthy natural, but my daughter wanted to go get her nails done so we went together and I guess I had the owner on my nails I think she did a good job I don't know I will show pictures but my daughter asked for almond shape she even told her I can show you a picture but the person doing her nails said no and gave her A ballerina style instead I even had to get up from my my nails being done and tell this person three times to make them shorter!
Overall they do a good job. For pedicure, they soak your feet a little bit longer than other places. Soaking longer softens up the callouses and cuticles. They have a wide variety of nail colors to choose from. The staff is friendly and the location is good. I must warn, though, about their high price. They have no price chart posted on the wall. I should have asked what the cost will be before getting started so I would not have been surprised with the price of $80.00 for a pedicure and manicure. That is $20 to $30 more than what I usually pay.????
never coming here again. last time i went was a few years ago and i was highly disappointed then, tried again after all that time had past and they were extremely dismissive and seemed inconvenienced that i was even there. they don’t sterilize their equipment and seem more concerned with getting it done and over with rather than actually trying to make sure the customer is satisfied. on top of the poor service, the lady took an entire chunk out of my cuticle because she just seemed too distracted and rushed through it.
They are an ok salon, the first time I went they were busy but we're turning so many people away on a saturday. I went back again because my gel polish lasted more than a couple weeks which is hard to find with how much I use my hands!! But today when I went they had to remove that old polish and she didn't even let them soak in the foil with the polish remover. Which in turn left the bed of my nails super red and painful. She kept going over and over trying to scrape them off. But if she would of left foil and polish remover on for 5 mins like usual it would of came off alot easier. Hurt a good amount how she did it. It was alot slower this time when I went in so it wasn't like time was a issue.
Excellent manicure and pedicure. Be prepared to wait as they are busy.
I am amazed by the customer service, the lady who helped me was SO SO GENTLE!! It was the first time I had zero pain at all times. The only outcome was pretty good too. I'm not going anywhere else!!
