Went about a month or so ago, and accidentally posted this on the wrong salon. Got a pedicure and a manicure with Acrylics and Gel polish. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and did a lovely job. They were so busy I said never mind to my nails and then was insisted that it was fine. (They were super busy) Then I got the fastest Nails I’ve ever gotten in my life. While that isn’t really a problem, I do have a few lumps on my nails as well as flat straight areas. When it came time to pay my total was $139. I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said yes, 21$. Then was given a receipt for $181. My card was tipped $42. And no, I wasn’t asked if I wanted to leave a tip for EACH, of the 2 that worked on me. Seeing as I had some cash to tip with and was going to tip 1 with card. So $42 was taken from me. $21 of which I did not authorize or say they could take. So essentially I agreed to tip $21, did, but had another 21$ stolen from me bringing my bill to $181. So keep an eye out ladies. When it was noticed that I was looking at it and going to complain, I was told, “You can leave now” 3 times. Really disappointed. I enjoyed the pedicure and loved that my nails were done so quickly. But having an extra $21 taken from me really kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. So I’m not sure if I’ll be returning. If I do, my card will NOT be double charged again.
This is a wonderful place of business. Everyone is very welcoming. I had one of the best pedicures ever here. Also, Susan does an amazing job on acrylic nails!! Highly recommend Lovely Nails!
The technicians are very nice and good at what they do. Although the only thing I had any issue with was with the cleanliness of the salon, it wasn't the cleanest but it's not unbearable I just wish there was more sanitation after each customer especially with the pandemic going on. They sanitize and take your temperature upon entrance, but I just mean that each workstation still has the dust from the previous customer because they are moving at such a fast pace. On this note, they are really fast and I got out with the full set in just above an hour. My technician was Susan, and I'm very picky and she was able to tend to my nitpicking. Would definitely come back for the quality of the nails, and the technician. For a full set in gel color it was $50 even.
Amazing place! Super clean and efficient! Nancy is the best! She does the best designs and always pays attention to detail. Will never go to anyone else :)
Been going to this place for over 10 years now. The ladies here know how I like my nails. They can over charge sometimes though, and the wait can sometimes be very lengthy
They did a phenomenal job with my nails. And they were super nice about me walking in with no appointment. Incredible efficient, professional place.
A+ service with an A+ attention to public saftey during the pandemic. I watched the nail technicians spray the seats down and cleans it thoroughly once a customer left it. Every technicisn was wearing a mask. Some were even wearing complete face guards over their masks. Everyone was kind, prompt, and professional. I'll definitely go back!
We were in and out! We got three pedicures but mistakenly made our appointment for just two, but they were able to add on my stepdaughter with no issue or delay.
