Came in on my lunch break to get a fill-in and polish change. There were three techs working when I arrived and I was the third customer. The gentleman who did my nails was very friendly and efficient. He shaped my nails better than the set I came in with, and his polish application was very smooth and neat. I’m happy to have found a go-to reliable nail salon in Smyrna.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a little over a year now and I can definitely say I refuse to go anywhere else. Even when COVID first hit and they were closed I went without nails until they opened. The environment is always pleasant, the staff is a family so they do a great job of making you feel comfortable while you’re being serviced. When it comes to nails and toes I’m never disappointed I’ve been serviced by everyone in the salon and they all take their time with shaping and applying my powder to my nails and desired color to my toes, they also do well at ensuring your satisfied through out your service. The longest I’ve ever waited for service was 30 min and that was by choice because now I only let one tech do my nails. I do get my eyebrows waxed as well and no complaints there, they definitely have a loyal customer when it comes to me. I usually spend anywhere between $40-$80.

Horrible service! The wife or whomever the lady is that does the pedicure was very rude, drills too deep on the toe nail and too rushed for me. I didn’t like the polish and o boy did the attitude come out. I will never return! Worst pedicure I ever had. My daughter got her toes polished and she was too worried about her turning the chair on rather paying attention to the polish leaking on my toes smh!!! Then told me don’t come early again. Find a different position because this one you are not good at. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!!!!

Always enjoy getting my nails and pedicure done here. Next time I need to ask to have the inside of my nails done. This is my 3rd visit. Family owned and they're friendly. Prices are good.

Lovely Nail delivers quality nails and precise shaping and I know many women look for that now with all the nail trends going on. I get SNS on my hands and gel on my toes every time ($70). They don’t dip your finger inside the powder like other salons, the powder is applied using a brush. The owner is hilarious and so is the family. I only come here and waited 2 months before they opened again after this Covid-19.

I rather enjoy this spot. It's a small family owned business. They are very friendly and establish rapport very quickly. The owners, which are a husband and wife team primarily do the nails. The two daughters and son in law tend to the pedicures. I have never been disappointed. Ever. I'm always challenging them to do "off the wall" designs. They never disappoint. I get my nails done elsewhere due to the fact that there is always a long wait. I highly recommend this location. You won't be disappointed.

Not a very long wait. I went on a Sunday afternoon. Very kind people. They were super sweet to my daughter who got her nails painted. It was also very affordable. Thank you for your work!

I just left this business not too long ago. I told the guy what services I wanted. He asked if I was willing to wait and initially I said, Yes. He said 1 hour but his demeanor and attitude was very unprofessional. So, as a customer was walking out, I asked the guy agin to make sure I heard him correctly, and he said, Yes, one hour and said something else sarcastic. I walked out. I've gotten my nails done there before and didn't have an issue and the customer service was good at that time but its been a while since I've been there and I decided to treat myself and go back to Lovely Nails. I will not ever step foot in that place again. Customer service is important and is the heartbeat of a business and when anyone is unprofessional about providing a service, that business doesn't have to worry about getting my money because I won't give it to them.
