I've been coming to this salon for years now and my nails technician Anna is the best! She is very consistent with her service, patient because she knows how meticulous I am with my nails, friendly, and honest with the pricing. Everyone is very nice, accommodating, and patient. Tommy, the new owner is very friendly, fun, and does nails very clean and nice as well! He makes sure clients are very well taken care of. I love the new renovations! This is my nail salon to go to for sure in NE City!

Tommy (owner) was nice and fun to talk to. However, neither my sister or I got what we asked for. I asked for the sides of my French tip to come in more (like a coffin shape) bc I don’t think the fatter squared tip looks “natural,” like Tommy said they would. My sister’s (heart nails) came out rlly cute BUT she asked for almond shaped! We both had pictures of what we wanted too, yet when we repeatedly asked for a specific shape/style, they still did what they wanted. Tommy wasn’t rude about it but he said, “I’ve done million of nails. I know what I’m doing.” Even if he disagrees with our preferences, I would hope the customer would recieve what they asked for when we are the ones paying for the service. Overall, he does have a good technique and the people were kind, but I’m disappointed we weren’t listened to completely.

The gentleman (owner maybe?) was very friendly and the salon seemed clean. I won’t be back in the future though - I never get pedicures so when I do, I really want an enjoyable experience. When I arrived today, they were busy so I waited about ten minutes to be seated which was fine. I chose the 2nd tier pedicure which included more than the basic but what I got was not worth $40.00 and was what I would consider a basic pedicure. My technician rushed through the process and the result of the work does not meet my expectations. There was a group of three people that came in halfway through my appointment which is where I feel like my tech really started to rush and I felt like I got kicked out of the chair so they could start on the group of three. I got put by the nail dryer and sat for just a couple of minutes but I honestly just wanted to leave so I paid and left. I should have been honest and told the nice man that I did not enjoy the pedicure when he asked but I don’t think there’s anything they could have done to correct it because they were so busy. I am giving the benefit of the doubt that I just shouldn’t have gone of Black Friday but i really hope this doesn’t happen all of the time there. Just disappointed especially since I only get a pedicure a couple times a year as a treat.

Tommys teams did an incredible job on our gel pedicures, got the ice one this time & it made our skin so soft and smooth, made us feel so welcome as always! Loved that they were open on a Sunday. Clean, kind, & professional!

Fiancé and I decided to get nails done the week of our wedding and this place was close and had availability. The only reason this isn’t a one star review is because my fiancé had a great pedicure experience with a female worker the same day. I, however, had the guy that was aggressive my entire pedicure AND manicure, made my ring finger bleed (convenient), and did a shawty job with painting my fingers AND toes. It literally looked like a 5 year old put one coat on them. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt thinking he was going to add another coat but nope told me to go to the dryers. When I brought it up he walked out angrily and sent the owner. Luckily she was a lovely lady that hugged me and added another coat on all my nails. She then sprayed a drying spray on them that caused bubbling. They don’t look great but I just wanted out of that place. Mother in law called back for a refund and was given $5 back. Male worker stated he did not make me bleed, although this photo was clearly during my manicure, and hung up on her. Absolutely will not be back.

Such a very sweet nice young man. Did a great job on my nails. And very respectful place. I’d come back next time I’m in town!! 10/10

Awesome place! Gentleman who did my nails was awesome! He took the time to fix and correct my nails that another salon didn’t do so good! My pedicure was awesome too!

Yes, please! What a hidden treasure this nail salon and spa was. While traveling for a wedding I had some time to start end before checking in at my hotel. I tried two other places and stumbled on lovely lady on my way to a gallery. I would have been happy with a run of the mill pedicure and my service was above and beyond. They were able to take me immediately as a walk in. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lovely woman who gave me a pedicure took her time and did an excellent job. Thank you so much for your excellent work and such a relaxing experience! Massage chairs - excellent as well. I cannot recommend this establishment more highly or I would.
