Extremely rude nail technicians and then when the ATM was not working, despite being a regular customer and allowing me to get the cash from another atm they degraded me in front of the very busy salon as if I was trying to run off. I always spend hundreds here but never again. Avoid at all costs!
Save your money! Poor customer service and lady in charge very rude. Went to do my nails in preparation for my birthday. Asked for black nails and the lady said she would’ve used the black powder because it lasts longer. When the other lady was doing my nails I told her the colour was dark blue and she said it’s because of the lighting. I allowed her to proceed. After few hours went to knock on my moms door and one nail broke off. Called the nail salon what time would it be closing for me to come and get it fixed the lady was very rude and was not understanding what I was saying. Definitely won’t be going back
This normally my nail salon I won't be going back ???? I'm gutted when I normally get them done by these every month it hadn't even been a week nd look at them and it go worse over time, never experience this before, I never use my hands in chemicals or stuff that damages ur nails as I go monthly I'm a regular and I pay a lot a year to get my nails done it all adds up so when u go somewhere make sure u tell them if u don't do them properly this is what happens u get a review, I'm really gutted it's come to this but I will no longer go back here thank u for ur services but there no longer needed there a lovely'' nail salon in Leicester and up main town of Derby but if u do ur nails weekly there a brilliant nail salon friendly staff and there a loyalty card there to with 30 % off after ur 6th visit but I advice if u got one person who does ur nails ask for them every time because this is result of some one else doing my nails and not my normal nailtion thanks tho have a lovely new year

Horrible service had Appointment waited 45 minutes and still been ignored, the older lady the owner is very rude and talks in her own language and then laugh at you , the men can’t even do proper work, the nails after get them done is very tacky and the staff is very rude , not understand what you saying to them how u want ur nails and always moaning in their language, the men cut me 3 times and was bleeding, ask for designs she lady said she won’t do it the same as shown in pictures but will charge more as it too much work ? Hardly understand what they trying to say , they just take the money and don’t do a hoof job , definitely won’t be going there anymore.#rude# ignore#lady#robbpeople# terrible service!!
I DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS! The customer service in this place is awful. The manager and staff are VERY RUDE, short tempered and impatient. I have been here 3 times and all 3 times I was RUSHED to make a choice and the staff kept leaving me to do other things mid service. I had 4 different staff to ONE set of nails. They roll their eyes, make you feel UNcomfortable and talk about you in their language.
Needless to say I WONT be going back. The lines of my manicure are not straight as it was rushed.
Went to this place few times any excuse to charge you extra, I was told I'm picky so had to pay more. I've also seen them make people pay more and at the door based on ethnicity before they're even aloud to sit down. Very rude service and not good quality, if you want a simple design it's fine but anything more and they will try and charge you per nail for nail art they can't even do.
Most recently I was kept talking for 20 minutes to three different people all asking the same questions very drawn out even though I had a clear picture of a simple look, no nail art required. I was picking out the color and asked the lady's opinion and she said she wasnt helping me i had to choose because im picky. To then be asked to come back tomorrow as my nails would take an hour and they didn't have time because I'm picky. It's not picky for me to want a decent job done when you are charging me £65!
