Gemütlich, freundlich, feine Kuchen zu einem guten Preis.

My sisters were visiting from South Africa, I wanted to treat them to an afternoon tea and I got to say it was absolutely delicious, Plenty of choice of both Sandwiches and cakes, Louchi's I am so grateful you could fit us in.

Wow what a wonderful Afternoon Tea, cakes were full size,sandwiches were delicious, staff were lovely & even gave us boxes to take leftovers home. Great value for money will definitely be visiting again xxx

Wow, amazing birthday cake for my daughter's 13th . Ask if they could do an Axolotl cake and boy did they deliver. Cake looked and tasted amazing. Thank you Ann and team ????

If you want Internet connection then forget it. Waitress was very helpful in trying to connect but after many attempts failed ????

The food is good and the service but a very limited menu if you can't eat flour products as they specialise in cakes.

This is a cafe in the intimate mode of spacial management. It's founding Italian roots shine through in panelled walls and soft pastel decor.

The name derives from an amalgam of the Christian names of two children.

Good taste prevails in an uncluttered traditional environment with artefacts including delicate china crockery gently taking the visitor into his own particular nostalgic frame.

A pride in our local industrial history is evident through unobtrusively presented wall hung photos of local coal mines of old.

The place is clinically clean, the food fresh , well presented and tasty.. The staff and owner greet with an air of unaffected sincerity- their manner dovetailing beautifully with the best of the historic friendly traditions of this old valley town.

You are greeted with a smile as is the case when you depart to the business of your day.

Prices carry no supplement for the quality experience you will experience here.

Had a takeaway gluten free Christmas log with the family today and it was delicious. 100% better than the gluten free version from Mark’s and Spencer. Highly recommend.

One toilet. No outside space to sit as on road. No parking. Book in advance as can get busy and very small cafe.
