Going here I already expected a wait because the salon is in the the mall. I signed in and had 2 people a head of me. The one lady was taken back and the other lady left after I sat down to wait. So I was up next another 3 ladies came in after me and the first one was asked what she needed and taken back. The older lady that worked there looked at me and said what do you need? I told her a full set she told me 5 minutes. 20 minutes goes by she comes up front and asked the other lady that was waiting what she needed and then told her to go in the back, she then tells me to wait 5 more minutes and that she took the lady because she only does pedicures. All together I waited an hour. I was very close to leaving because of the wait and people being taken before me even though I was first. Once I got in the chair it took about an hour. I got a full set with gel polish and what they consider tropical nails (when nail is painted half way). I paid $48 plus a tip which is reasonable. I would have given a lower review based on professionalism and customer curtesy but my nails look great!! The first picture is when they were done and the second picture is a week later and they still look great!! They aren’t even showing signs of being a refill!! So if you don’t mind a long wait go! I wish they took appointments because I’d make this my main salon!!

I use this Nail Salon very often. I usually get a pedicure every 2-3 weeks and # 13 does a great job on my toes. I usually get gel pedicure and design I use is either Cat Eyes or 2 tone color done.

Horrible ! I just going to do my eyebrows! She took me out part mine ????????????????????! I never in my life go back to this salon

I really love this place! First let me say the services they offer are wonderful and not overpriced. The employees here are very friendly and aim to satisfy their customers. Very convenient to come to the mall and have a mani pedi after a day of shopping.

Love the sight of the place, good massage chairs, great pedicure! My eyebrows look great and it was fast and convenient. I didn't even sit down and it was a Saturday! My finger nails though were not amazing. I could be biased so I uploaded pictures, I got them done yesterday.

I went here and asked for a fill and color change. First, 2 days later, 2 had chipped and one snapped (I don't blame them for that). So I went back to get them fixed. She didnt even look at the other thumb before starting to fix my nails and it started as a squared off shape, obviously different from all the other long stiletto nails. When I mentioned it she half assed fixing it and told me it would grow back. She fixed the chips on the other 2 nails, but left the bottom section of my nail clear. The only upside is that i wasn't charged to get them fixed, I did bring the receipt.

Michelle is so pleasant and has friendly fun conversation while she's doing your nails. Gel pedi and mani very neat and I felt fully pampered not to mention the BEST massage chairs!

Their private waxing area is comfortable.

Location is convenient bc it's at the Mall entrance. Thanks Lotus????
