I am so glad to have found Mindy and she did an awesome job on my haircut and hair coloring. She gave me very honest and helpful advice based on her numerous years of experience in doing hair. She is amazing!
I had such a great experience! Mindy was such a great lady to do my hair with. She stayed late, bought me food and treated me like a friend. I will definitely be coming back again for more!! She made my hair very vibrant red with our having to cause any damage to it. No bleach! :)
I had a horrible hair coloring at a different salon this morning (quite literally sobbed afterward). I happened to stumble upon Lotte on Google in the afternoon, called, and Mindy helped squeeze me in with Cesar tonight to save the day! He fixed the hair coloring and hair cut. I originally asked for a balayage with ashy blonde and long layers at the other salon. It did not turn out that way at all. But Cesar really took care of me and helped me fix my hair before my graduation this weekend. He’s the sweetest, and I’m so grateful to have had him fix my hair!

Mindy did such a great job with my perm and haircut! She has a ton of experience doing perms for men, especially for Asian men, so definitely come here if you’re looking for that! Mindy is friendly, considerate, and detailed. It’s been my favorite haircut I’ve ever had.

Thao is very professional and friendly. Her schedule do fill up pretty quickly so I would book her months in advance.
My hair process took about 4 hours and she got me boba and pastries because she knew I haven’t eaten.
