Fast, experienced and great customer service. Bring cash or check to be sure. They did not take my card but it might have been because I was the last customer, I was late and they finished after closing time. Not sure.
My 3 year old son was not compliant. Swatting her hand, moving away, and crying loudly but Natalie was amazing, patient and gentle the whole way through. Her experience really shined! In the end my son and I left very happy. My son’s hair came out better than I could have hoped for. She could charge more and it would still be worth it.
Amazing!! They were so nice and made both kids feel comfortable, with it being one of their first time this was the perfect place, she got a certificate and keeps asking to go back ????
I know my 2 year old hates haircuts and that's why I took him to kids specialist cz they know what they are doing
But she literally removed half of his eyebrows and she must know it but at the end she quickly said 40 dollars and said thank u
Like leave before you all notice it
I hold my son near my chest and so noticed it when I reached home.
This is worst of all haircut he ever had...n next week is his birthday
Nice place for kids to get a hair cut. Did with patience for my 8 month old. Gave the first hair cut certificate also, that's really nice.
Very fast service.
This is the best place I've gone to for my son's haircuts. My child is special needs, and has had a tendency to scream during sitting situations. And haircut time was the hardest thing with him screaming and thrashing all about. Regardless of that, this place still took the time, and did a great job!
Time has passed since we originally started going, and now my son loves it there. Definitely worth it!
Our child hates haircuts all the time. It is refreshing to walk in to a salon where the professionals know what they do. There's a lot of crying in the beginning but with some prodding about being a big boy, lollipop bribes and instructions for parents (parents please don't look at your kid, more tantrums if that happens !) we get a nice haircut in the end!! Highly recommend. There is a play area upstairs which is a plus.
The lady who did the haircut was very hard in talking to my 4 year old boy. She was holding his face so tight that my son was scared. She was ordering her with authority to look down or up or straight and I felt bad when she was talking to him. He could not watch the tv for a min while she was giving him a haircut.
In addition the next customer she attended after I was done she pulled the hair for him so hard that that boy broke down into tears. I felt someone has to tell that lady that she need to work on her social skills and be polite when she is working at a children’s haircut salon where these kids need extra word of kindness and gentleness.
She gave good haircut but with bad experience.
Good place for kids to get a hair cut. They are fast and experienced.
