They provide excellent, courteous professional service. Black-owned, and they give you more for your money. The loctician that I have been going to charges more, he does retwist but does not wash. If you are looking to maintain your locs, I highly recommend this establishment.

Desiree is awesome and really cares about my hair! She is very genuine and the prices are very reasonable! So glad to have found this gem! I'm usually in and out. Never has there been a time that I've left there and wasn't super pleased about the customer service and my hair. 5 stars from me!

I love going here! Desiree started my locs with my hair very long (12+ inches) about 4 months ago and it's going well so far. Prices are reasonable and she does a great job, really listens to your individual needs. Plus she not only cares about the look but also the health of your hair. Highly recommended!

I visited Ms. Desiree for the first time yesterday for a retwist and style. I had been driving almost 2 hours to Charlotte and needed to find a stylist closer.
