Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Food was tasty but expensive. My coffee was warm instead of hot. When I asked for it to be heated up the waitress pulled a face as if I'd asked for the moon. In fairness she said the machine sets the temperature but if that's the case they need a better machine. When I'm paying £3.05 for a regular latte I expect it to be hot. She did eventually bring me some more hot milk which helped. I don't know if they warm the beakers before putting the coffee in but that may help?
Love this place, really chilled atmosphere, lovely food and toys for little ones to play with. I particularly love their toddlers menu which is basically a little mezze platter where the children can choose 5 things to have on their plate. The best kind of food to keep toddlers occupied whilst you have a HOT cup of tea!
This is a nice little cafe but so disappointed today. Cappuccino was barely warm and pastry, although asked if it was fresh, was not! I took home to warm up. I know there are limits to the temperature of cappuccino but other places in whaley make it much hotter. Room for improvement.
First time vist my little boy whonis 2 years old! Really lovely food and great guy serving us. As it was busy we sat in the back and the man offered to let me know when a table near the toys was available! Cant fault the place
Awesome independent cafe with the most wonderful locally sourced handmade food & drinks. Lovely staff & a great cozy atmosphere. Very welcoming to dogs and walkers.
Best coffee in town, wonderful staff and especially great venue; now that they've moved into the old post office it's both dog friendly and easily accessible for those with mobility issues.
Also had the most delicious Guinness cake this afternoon, fresh out of the oven.
A wonderful little cafe!
We've just been in after a walk with the kids and dog (both are welcome inside) and what a meal we were treated to!
The portions are a lot bigger than expected and certainly filled us all up!
Friendly staff, delicious food and excellent portions. Perfect!
3 of us called in for the first time to dodge the rain, as we were on bikes. The 2 young ladies were fabulous and could not do enough for us . The food was spot on. ????????

Quick Facts About Little Fika Cafe

Little Fika Cafe, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses that can be identified.
Starting with the strengths, one recurring theme in the comments is the praise for the food at Little Fika Cafe. Multiple customers express that the food is tasty and delicious. The cafe is commended for its locally sourced and handmade food and drinks. This highlights their commitment to quality ingredients and preparation methods. The portions are also mentioned as being generous, leaving customers satisfied and full. The toddlers' menu, in particular, is loved by parents as it offers a variety of options for children to choose from, keeping them occupied while adults enjoy their tea or coffee.
The atmosphere of Little Fika Cafe is also highly praised. Customers describe it as chilled, cozy, and welcoming. The cafe provides a great ambiance for relaxation and enjoyment. Toys for little ones to play with are mentioned, indicating that the cafe is family-friendly. The fact that dogs are allowed inside is also seen as a positive aspect, making it a suitable place for pet owners.
The staff at Little Fika Cafe are generally described as friendly and helpful. The comment mentioning the great guy serving and the two young ladies who were fabulous demonstrates their commitment to good customer service. The fact that the staff offer assistance in finding a table near the toys for a customer with a young child is indicative of their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate customers' needs.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one common complaint is the temperature of the drinks. Multiple customers mention that their coffee was warm rather than hot. It is noted that when customers requested to have their coffee heated up, the response from the waitress was not satisfactory. This indicates that the cafe may need to address the issue of inconsistent drink temperatures and improve their customer service in dealing with such complaints. One suggested solution from a customer is to pre-warm the beakers before pouring the coffee, which may help retain the heat.
Another weakness highlighted by a customer is the freshness of the pastries. They mention that despite explicitly asking if the pastry was fresh, it was not. This suggests that there may be a lapse in quality control when it comes to the freshness of the baked goods. It is important for Little Fika Cafe to address this issue to maintain customer satisfaction.
In terms of pricing, one customer mentions that the food is expensive. This suggests that the cafe may not be catering to customers on a tight budget. It is worth evaluating their pricing strategy and considering whether they can offer more affordable options to attract a wider range of customers.
Overall, Little Fika Cafe has some notable strengths, including tasty food, a cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff. However, there are areas that require improvement, such as the inconsistency in drink temperatures, freshness of pastries, and potentially high prices. By addressing these weaknesses, Little Fika Cafe can enhance the overall customer experience and further establish itself as a preferred destination in the café scene.
