They definitely need to work on their clarity with appointments only!!! Nowhere does it say on their website that it's appointments only it's just a lack of courtesy to people wanting to give this place a try but when given attitude and stares when just walking in makes you just wanna go elsewhere
It was my first time walking in, had a great experience. Loved the atmosphere, chill, easy going, nice and polite, great music! I feel like I got a piece of art done by Gordo on my head. Will totally be back!

I sat there for over an hour to wait for a line up . No one told me that they were taking appointments instead they let me sit there while everyone else walked in and got cut before me.... I think that was very disrespectful and lack of customer service..... I think they do really good work but the lack of communication with your customers is very poor and I pray it gets better I don't know if I would ever return to this shop again
Got here at 3 and now it's 430 appointments got their haircuts done and I'm still sitting here waiting. They should just post up and let everyone know it's by appointment only rather then having people wait for hours guess they think people have nothing else to do
