I have gotten pedicures here in the past with no issues but the tech who did my nails this time tore them up! My right pinky toe was bleeding profusely and ruined a new pair of socks. My left big toe had the cuticle torn so bad I got an infection. Luckily I was able to treat it topically but definitely ruined a vacation because it was so painful to walk around.

My favorite place to go! The staff make you feel like family. Holly, Lin Helen have all done amazing jobs for me. They have accomidated my busy schedule and always great conversation. Very through.

They did a really nice job on my pedicure. The massage was just amazing! Friendly staff. I will be going back.

I've been going here for almost 5 years and have never been disappointed. Usually busy which reflects their work. Worth the wait. Love my full sets when I choose to be girly and the pedicures are so relaxing.

Typically when I go to Lexi Nails I have no issues but today I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and based off this visit, I probably will not be returning.

I called at 2:13 and asked if they had time to remove my nails to which the lady responded they could do it at 3:30. I got there and it was packed. The man asked me what I needed and I told him I had called earlier to confirm they had time to remove my nails and how the lady told me I could come at 3:30. He told me it’d just be a minute and about 10-15 minutes later he finally got to me.

When he got to me he didn’t soak my nails or anything. He just started to pick at them and remove them with an acrylic tip. While doing so, he made three of my nails bleed as they were ripped from my nail bed because of how fast and careless he was at removing them. He also didn’t apply any nail treatment oil when he finished as other places have done so in my past. I understand it’s only $10 compared to the $50+ they could be making from doing nails, but don’t offer a service if you’re not going to treat all customers alike.

It was a nightmarish experience and nobody should ever have to go through this.

I walked in for a gel pedicure about 6:30pm on 9/10/18. I'm posting this review on 10/29/18. I rock climb, mountain bike, hike, swim, and generally do a lot of things that are hard on my feet. I live in the desert so my toes are often if not always exposed. This pedicure looks almost perfect 7 weeks later despite the new growth. I highly recommend Lexi Nails for the quality of their services, I will definitely be back!

I've got my nails done here here several times now...staff are so friendly and do a nice job with both gel and dip powder manicure. I plan to go back for a pedicure and manicure before my vacation!

I used to really like this place because they had such a great prices and they took their time with you, but now the prices have gone up so much and it feels like they’re rushing through your nails, even doing other peoples nails at the same time. Before I would be able to get square medium length black French tip nails for 60 but now it cost 75 and they don’t look as good. There’s unfilled areas, the lines aren’t neat, and they don’t even out the nail, so the front part always looks chunky. Very disappointed in how this place has turned to be :(
