Poor quality food and didn’t receive full English breakfast. Paid £16.69 for nothing. Extremely disappointed

Yes you are right £16.69 includes the delivery of £2.99
The English breakfast was not worth the money. When you pay £8.45 you expect a certain standard for the food.
About the cheese toasted sandwich: it was burned and you know that it was burned if you packed this order.

Maybe this is just a one time issue. But only after I checked your other customer reviews I realised it’s not just me who faced this problem.
Discovered this place and have been four or five times now as we are frankly bored with going to the normal fast food chains with the kids. Always come away well fed as the portion sizes are fantastic. Staff are friendly and professional.
Nice busy cafe but the waitresses need to take note of who's next to serve, as 2 tables orders were taken before ours despite that we cam in before them!
Really disappointed with the delivery. Food was hot which is always good but for the price Really wasn't worth it at all. Still really hungry. Won't be going there again
Very nice place overall, I just had a tea. The stairs to the upstairs are very creaky. Place feels a bit unclean too
Small place, but not crowded at lunch time.
Staff are friendly.
What I like the most about this place is that the food is not greasy in comparison to other breakfast places that you could find.
We took a pizza (Hawaï) and a hot sandwich (sausage/eggs).

Lived in Nuneaton for years but never been in before. We went in for lunch ordered BLT and tea. Very nice good bacon,prices not too bad will go again
Great little cafe. Been a few times, never had a bad experience.
