I cannot say enough good things about this place!! We just moved here from out of state and I’ve been searching for a good nail salon, I can finally say I’ve found it! Super cleanly, beautiful decor and calming ambiance. They went above and beyond on my first apt. I had a tight time schedule, and not only did they finish both dip powder and pedicure within such a short time, they did it with amazing attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect! Thank you so so much for everything, I’ll be back!

I went there yesterday for nail removal.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the service was quick.

Cons: she burned 2 of my nail beds with electric file by rushing with the file on high. I gave the nail tech a cash tip and paid the price of the nail removal with card. She added an additional tip on my card after me signing the receipt without my permission.

I will not be returning. Please be mindful with paying with card.

I absolutely love the team at legacy! Vanessa is my girl and has been my go to for the last 3 years; but Phillip and Mina are absolute sweethearts and who I recommend to family when they come with me and Vanessa isn’t available. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and I wouldn’t change them for anyone else!

Nina done amazing work and was very patient and listen to what I wanted. She also done my eyebrows. The first time I had ever had them done and was very gentle and walked me through the steps

I decided to go to Legacy Nails and Spa for a dip powder manicure and a pedicure with regular polish. I walked in, signed in and was greeted by a gentleman working with a client who asked what I needed done who then went to retrieve another technician from the back. I do not recall her name and it wasn’t busy at the time that I arrived. However, once I picked a color I was seated in a pedicure chair and she proceeded to only polish my toenails, no actual foot bath or anything else. The polish was also quite messy and uneven. I really could have done a better job myself. When she moved me to the manicure station for the dip powder manicure, it was obvious that she was rushing since a few more customers had since walked in. This business needs a lesson in customer service, time management, and ethical professionalism that ALL of their employees need to abide by. If someone is paying for a service ($55 to be exact), they expect the WHOLE service not just part of it. I will not be returning.
