A few times it was great. Nails were done by owner but yesterday owner started but let someone else rush through . Dip was on my skin and cuticles. These pictures were taken after clean up but owner was condescending towards me. I won’t pay the same price for less service. I thought I found a spot but I guess I will keep looking.
This is my second time at this salon. Both time my names were done by Lyn. She is a very sweet and talented lady and has been doing nails for over 20 years. I told her I wanted my nails short and she did exactly as I asked. I love this shape of nail and she even made sure they were rounded enough to my liking. When I arrived with no appointments I was greeted and politely ask how can we help you. Not what you do you want or what do you need like other places. They offer drinks while waiting and receiving service. They take cashapp, Venmo, cash, and card. I found this place while doing other errands in the area and I’m so happy I did. My new nail spot hands down and I pass two other locations to get to this one. Talent and great customer service is top notch here. Thank you Lyn!
I'm very disappointed in Lee Spa Nails! I use to be a loyal customer, but not anymore. I went to this salon on March 16, 2023 at 6PM. I got a French tip gel fill in, which cost me $50. It took about an hour and a half for the technician to finish, so by then it was 7:30PM; past closing time. It was obvious by this time everyone was rushing and ready to go; one of the employers grabbed my purse, reached in, and took my card out so I could pay. Once I paid and left, I finally had time to examine my nails and I didn't like the French tips, the tips do not look natural to me, so the next day; first thing in the morning, I go back to the salon and ask Kim to fix them, but Kim tries to charge me an additional $15. I do not recommend this salon because they lack good customer service skills and the quality of the work is not equivalent to the pricing.
FEI gave excellent service with my pedicure. I am diabetic and she took care to be careful. I really appreciate the service and will return soon. This review is from my wife.
This was my first time here, and definitely not my last! I absolutely love how my manicure turned out!! Everyone was really friendly and accommodating. I was a walk-in and was seated promptly. I'm really looking forward to coming here again!
I always get my nails done here and they always do an amazing job. Everyone is really friendly and it’s a great atmosphere. I really love my Christmas nails. If you’re looking for nail technicians who really know what they’re doing, look no further. Lyn is the nail technician that painted my Christmas nails.
Went with mom to get mani/pedi and were fortunate enough to get Simon and Faye. Customer service is by far best and we’ve gone EVERYWHERE. Ha! Repeat customers for sure.
Got a French Mani and it looks great! Awesome people and she was quick but did a great job! I will be back for a Pedi soon!
