This was my second time there because my original nail tech was booked. Today will be my last day ever going there! Lee was rude! Rushed my nails for other customers. And was talking about me in their language. Then he took my card for payment. Only to put it at the front desk without telling me. He didn't give it to me the same way I gave it to him. It was disrespectful! I wish I could give the service a -1. My nails aren't even worth the 40$. It's ok, ill allow the spirit's to handle it ????.
I had an idea of the color and style I was looking for. Tammy found her creative spark and designed a set of nails fit for a Queen. Thank you so much. I will be back. Happy Holiday season.
I really love Lee's nails out of any nail salons I've been to so far❣very nice employees, they actually take the time an do your nails how you like them instead of just trying to hurry up an get them done and if they do make a mistake or if your not satisfied they will fix it until you are. I recommend this nail salon to anyone????
Shape is off. Lumps and Bumps in my nails from bad drill/filing not smooth. 1st and only time here. Not worth my $32.00. People were not bad. But I will not return or recommend. I had to point out areas where the man messed up and he seemed bothered when I said something. I'm so not happy and want to take off right now. But I'm not an advocate of throwing my money away. White polish should be a necessity but their white polish was thick and dried out, got another bottle was similar he added thinner to improve. I had the sit under uv to dry over 15 minutes. They said white polish takes longer to dry. I've never heard of such non sense. I plan on shaping up better when I find time. Luckily I have the tool to fix at home.
This is the only place touching my nails in Pittsburgh from now on. I'm super picky when it comes to my nails shape, thickness and consistency. Mr Lee hit all of the targets and my nails are perfect. See you in a couple weeks!
Seen a roach in one of the nail color # 708... Just please be careful I have aphobia and it tripped me out. They do a nice job, maybe it's the restaurant next door idk but I can longer go there due to that ????. Peace and blessings everyone
I’ve gone here for 10 years. Love them and the prices are great. I’ve rarely had a “bad” experience in those 10 years. Mr lee is great and he gets so excited to do nail art
I never leave reviews unless I’m extremely pleased. Well in this case. Not so much. I went there on short notice as I had a dinner to go to. And an hour later later my polish was coming off. I’ve been there before and I’ve never experienced this. But I had stopped going to them because my nails were never shaped the same the thickness was always off. Except if my nail tech was Julie. I now have 3 nails where the polish is coming off. I’ll never go there again. Some people just need to not do nails.
