Best nail place in the rogue valley! My favorite girl Snow kills it! She is so kind and gentle and always makes me feel like a new woman. She always fixes my ingrown toenails and is so detailed in her process. It’s the most relaxing time when getting a pedicure with Snow. When she does my manicures, she is so supportive when I change the color 12 times. Call and request her! Everyone here is great, but if you want the best experience, ask for Snow.
Also did gel pedicure! Husband had Olivia and loved her. He is diabetic and needs to have more careful treatment! This is the first place he has loved!!
I’m not sure of the name of the lady I had…she was tentative, used the electric filing tool on toes that had no polish, then cut two of the cuticles with that tool. I had a gel polish that looked great until I got home and saw a nick in the big toe that should have been fixed. They told me she had only been there 3 days, to me, it seems like she needs more practice…preferably not on clients!
The place itself is very clean, wearing masks, and everyone is friendly! We have our appointments for next month!!
Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Muon and Snow were terrific, excellent! Receptionist Meghan was also very proactive and friendly. They reached out after I phoned the salon when closed to determine if I needed something. Able to make same day appointment. They were ready for us when we arrived 10 min before our appointment. AND they anticipated scheduling our next visit. Really, they took care of everything. We felt welcomed and pampered.
My daughter and I had side by side pedicures and were totally happy with the service and friendly staff. Snow & Hue did an excellent job on our pedicures! Snow was exceptionally friendly and we enjoyed chatting with her.
Highly recommend this well run spa!
My husband and I both had a wonderful pedicure! Jacob is absolutely my favorite tech there! He pays so much attention to detail and continuously checks in to make sure everything is going well. Summer have my husband a great pedicure as well and dealt with his super ticklish feet like a champ!
My husband and I had an absolutely perfect experience! It was his first pedicure so he wasn’t sure about how he would like it, but we were both in heaven! Snow and the other staff were so friendly and sweet! We recommend 100%!
I have never had a bad experience here. They always take care of me and they are the best pedicure in Medford.
This is a very nice and very busy salon. Everyone is so nice. I had a wonder manicurist her name was Summer, she was like a breath of spring air. I’ve already booked my next appointment including 2 pedicures for my husband and I. I highly recommend this business.
