I went here for the first time as a birthday gift for my birthday. This was the best gift I could ever have gotten hands down. The customer service was great the salon was immaculate and very clean. My professional nail technician Kau, really gave me the greatest pedicure I've had in a very long time. I would definitely go back because it was clean and everyone was socially distanced it was only a few people in there and they are scattering the apartments so that we are all safe during this pandemic.

I had an overall great experience here. I like my nails specific and usually have a hard time with nail technicians being able to execute what I'm looking for and they were spot on without extra guidance. The place was clean and quiet...felt relaxed.

I recommend the spa pedicure.

I have been going here for years and never had a bad experience until the new ownership that took over this year. My nails break fast and when I ask for something to be corrected I get attitude. I went on yesterday just for a nail repair even though just got a fill in two days prior. I waited 30 minutes even though it was not busy when I came in then the lady tried to start my repair and then said they are busy and the man is coming so I sat another 20 minutes. He fixes my nail And I tell him it Is the wrong color And he insists it is right when you can clearly see it’s different color. Said it takes a day to adjust which is bs. It’s the wrong color fix it smh. The customer service sucks and I will no longer use their services. Even though it was fixed it is the wrong color. You should have did the right color. I have been coming here over 4 years but because of new owners I will not be returning.

This is the nail salon that I have been looking for since I've moved to charlotte! Conveniently located right off the 485, the salon is quaint but meticulously clean. The nail techs are very professional and keep a close attention to detail. I think they gave me the best manicure I've ever had! You're greeted at the salon with a drink of your choice and they play the news and random music videos on TV which I enjoyed immensely.
