Do not go here unless you want to get an infection on your toes and them give you a hard time to give you your money back and will not want to help on any medical bills you had to pay because "you were suppose to go as soon as it happened, for them to take you to their insurance" never knew that rule existed, besides the fact I didn't not have a receipt because I was not given one but I had pictures I posted on my social media with time and date. it was super painful and I'm sure they are not disinfecting their tools. Please be careful girls !
Maybe you get good service if you've been a long time customer or if theres absolutely no one there but every time I've gone it's always been bad.
This last time was the final straw and I'd rather sit in 45 minute traffic to go to my spot than ever go back there.
The lady that helped me started off so good and then just decided not to care.
I knew it would be bad once she didn't care to finish cleaning my nails right.
She started painting them with gel, then one of her regulars showed up. She was on my first coat when he customer got hesisltant, said she didnt want to wait and would go with anyone else. She must tip good because she was like no, gimmie 10 minutes, I'll be done. My nails were SO BAD. And she must have cut my cuticle really bad on one because when I put my hand in the little machine thing to set the gel it burned really bad. That has never happened before.
She left extra gel everywhere and when I'd lift up my hand to the sun, you could see she didnt evenly spread the polish out
Never going again. And if there was any way to leave a review without a star, I would have done so.
They do really good work and they're really nice ????
Unfortunately this nail shop disappointed me. I have been here 4 times and I tip everyone who does work on me. One day I was told they don't take Sunday appointments. I still went. Then last weekend I went and got my feet nails art and waxing done. 3 days later I broke ONE nail it happened to be ONE.day before my birthday and T T told me there was NOT one person in there to fix my one nail and it was the day before my birthday. CANT give them another dime of my money because of poor custo.er service and professionalism
when I went there weren’t a lot of customers, yet the lady that was doing my nails was in a rush, she was very harsh while filling the nail, and even made my cuticle bleed! other than that it’s not the best but no the worst, would consider coming.
My husband and I came in for a pedicure. We sat side by side but received completely different treatments ! His lady took her time with him. Scrubbed and got the dead skin off. Oiled and massages his feet. He was extremely satisfied but in my end, the lady kept taking deep breaths so I told my husband “I think she’s ready to go home” she then rushed the pedicure, she went to scrub my feet but I’m ticklish In the middle so she completely stopped .. emptied the water out even though she didn’t remove my dead skin .. so I reminded her I wanted it but because she emptied the water out she told me next time I can get it. She dried off my feet and started polishing them. She didn’t rub my feet, put lotion, oil or nothing. Very disappointed! I don’t remember her name but I will gladly stop by to get her name and add it on my review. My time was waisted. What I ask for I should be able to get.
Omg, the experience was awesome. I loved the pedicure. It was so relaxing and calming. The service was excellent. I'm definitely going back.
