Absolutely SHOCKED at my experience. Started out well; I chose the Sea Spa gel pedicure and the technician had absolutely no clue what she was doing. The gel was not curing and kept wrinkling..after she started over 4 times, a new technician took over. The new technician quickly grinded down the bad gel off and cut the skin on my toe (seen in the picture).
The worst part: I was charged $150 for a mediocre gel pedicure (again seen in picture) and gel manicure after being there for over 2 hours and having the experience I had. I am shook. I paid for the services but felt sick to my stomach all day for paying That much money for the product and my experience. Absolute shocked and upset.
My friend and I called for an appointment and they got us in within the hour. The service was amazing. We were treated so well by the lady and the man working there it was a completely different experience than I’ve received anywhere else. Not only is this my new go-to nail spot but I will be pushing my friends to them too. The entire time was filled with conversation and laughing which is rare. The man working educated us on their services and why they offer what they do. It was amazing. As if that wasn’t enough, LOOK AT MY NAILS. My friend and I are beyond happy. Love Lavish Nails❤️
This place is top notch! My girlfriend had an appointment and I tagged along to see if they could squeeze me in for a pedicure too. They were WONDERFUL! The girls that did our service were young but professional, easy to talk to, we literally had SO MUCH FUN! They did an excellent job - and welcomed us back ANYTIME! Right now they are not offering acrylics but they do offer gel, dip and regular polish both manicures and pedicures and are reasonably priced. They accept cash only but all of this information is public and can be found on their website. My girlfriend even got a design on her big toe and they did an excellent job!! Cannot wait to go back - maybe this will be something I do for me on Saturday mornings through the winter ❤️ Thank you thank you thank you!!!
LOVE my nails, did a soak off of previous acrylic nails I had, and then I got a dip powder manicure, he shaped my natural nails beautifully and did an amazing job! Will definitely be going back!
The service here is fantastic. The workers are friendly and efficient. They are open and clear with communication and do a great job of pampering their guests. I went in for a pedicure and Billy left my feet soft, nails beautiful and feeling "like a baby's foot". The prices are very fair, just be sure to bring CASH to pay for your services, since they accept cash only. I also recommend calling ahead to schedule your appointment. I definitely recommend adding a trip at Lavish to your planned vacation!
Went in for a pedicure and had easily one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! Salon is clean, plenty of color options and everyone was very friendly! Highly recommend!! “D” was the person who did my pedicure. ????
Love my dip ombré nails!!! Kim was fantastic- great attention to detail and very precise, taking her time to get my nails just right. She and her husband were very friendly. This was my first time getting ombré dip, and I was thrilled with how it turned out!
omg!!! i love lavish!!! i’ve been going to cali nails in spirit lake for so long for shellac or dip manicures and i had no idea what i was missing! the staff at lavish is so kind and the business is extremely clean and well maintained. i felt comfortable getting my nails done here, where with past experiences elsewhere i was worried i would end up paying for something i didn’t like. love love love lavish... everyone should be going here. :)
EDIT: also were so kind when i murdered one of my nails less than a week later and were more than happy to fix it! love this place. ????
