This has got to be the worst nail place in Manteca. Overpriced for a horrible job! Went in for a pedicure it took the nail tech 1 1/2hr for her to finish with one foot and the way she applied the polish was so bad I asked her to please stop. First thing they said was “you pay” which I was planning on doing but that wasn’t the point. They should have fixed the mess she had done. I paid full price, and as I was leaving they asked me to go back the next day. I went in to give this place the benefit of the doubt, once I sat on the chair they sent the same nail tech from the previous day. I asked to speak to a supervisor and you can tell she was mad, speaking in her language and body movement ; she finished my pedicure within 10mins max just by filing around but the gel polish was not fixed and she did a horrible job on the other foot, didn’t even turn on the water or anything.
I will NEVER go back and would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
Love this place, met with Mimi for my nails, and Mary for pedicures. Both did a great job. Will be back soon for fill and pedicure. They also have kid pedicure chairs to bring the little ones for a day of pampering.
so first of all, i went in here to get my nails, toes, and eyebrows waxed. nails and toes ? PERFECT 10/10 recommend Kim she did amazing and i tiped her $25 for how good she did! then i went in to get my eyebrows done, the lady started doing them and i could feel it was too hot and you could physically tell i was in pain from it but she told me to relax and so i just sucked it up because i didn’t want to say anything, the next morning, i woke up to my eyebrows being red with little white bubbles on them from where she had burned my skin. i waited a day to see if it was just me and maybe it would go away, but today i woke up and it was still just as bad, so my mom called them. when she called the guy on the phone was rude to my mom and the only reason that i was able to get my refund was because my mom told them that she was going to post the pictures of my eyebrows to which he changed his tone real quick to avoid this, and it would’ve been if it hadn’t been for the lady that did my eyebrows. i went in to get my refund and she looked at them and told me that she could not see anything. i then showed her the picture of my eyebrows to which she responded that a little redness was normal and i told her yes, but my not 2 days later with little blisters under my eyes. she then proceeded to get mad at ME when this was HER fault and throw the money at me and told me not to come back there for any waxing to which i responded that i wasn’t planning on it. she handed me the money and i asked her a simple question about the amount because i was not quite sure to which she threw the brochure at me saying look. so i looked and saw i was wrong about the amount and said okay. she then proceeded to continue to act like i was stupid and couldn’t see the amount after i told her multiple times i saw it. these people have the WORST costumer service out of any nail salon in manteca and i will never refer anyone here. 10/10 do not recommend this place and if i could give her 0 stars i would. maybe if they treated costumers with respect they would actually have a good rating. learn some respect for your customers that pay you especially when i was nothing but nice up until she threw the money at me.

Went to have my pedi done. Mary took care of me. All I will say is: I will def be back to see her. Place is nice and clean. My nails I have gottwn done twice, the first time nails came off within a week thought ok maybe something I did Idk. Went to a different place for my set and a week ago went here to get my fill since my old nail lady is in Livermore and was out and my fill was overdue. Well its been a week and the fill is chipping. I have never had this happen before, I am no expert but I dont feel like I am doing anything differently. They are nice and all but im sorry, I will have to find a new nail place . Except for my pedicures.. Mary is my go to!
The worst place that you can ever go to! I’m telling this from my second experience as I thought may be anyone can mess up things sometimes. First they are extremely rude. Secondly, they don’t have any time sense at all. I made appointment for 4 pm and they attended me at 4:46 pm. Me and my friend had acrylics done from them in January and it took more than 5 months for our nails to recover as they totally destroyed the nail beds. The lady who removed them from a different place clearly said that it was because of very poor application technique- it took us 2 different sessions to take them off. Plus we had to pay twice for it.
They really need some sort of training and especially should focus on their communication skills.
I recently tried this place to get pedicures everyone is especially nice atmosphere is nice I go back every two weeks now
Kevin was great he did exactly what I wanted him to do and it was very relaxing
