Amazing costumer service!! Carla was very kind and welcoming. Her work was beautiful, my first time getting my lashes done and it was a great experience thanks to Carla. Such a sweet soul !
Betty was so professional and sweet! We had a great conversation while she did my lashes and I was done in no time. My lashes look amazing and I love them! She really knows her stuff. I will definitely be going back!
So here is my experience with this place. I made an appointment for a fill and had to make an appointment online and pay $83 upfront. Betty changed my appointment without asking me and I had to text her to let her know I couldn’t make it at that time, I work, so after several attempts to make contact finally agreed on a time that worked for us both. Showed up she said I needed a full set and she’d do a fill for $50. I gave her sixty cash and rescheduled for the full set told her I had already paid $83 through her website said she’d apply it to my full set. Scheduled, again she changed my appointment again but I told her I couldn’t change it this time. She charged me full price for the full set and upselled me two other services. Walked out paying $235. Texted her multiple times to refund the $83 I paid up front…no response. Also texted four times asking to make a fill appointment and she directed me to the prepay website to make an appointment for a service that wasn’t even listed as a choice. Tried to explain to her that the service I need isn’t listed. Crickets. So frustrating! I contacted my credit card company they refunded the money and then she finally texted me asking why I wanted a refund (guess it’s all about money not customer service) explained that she had the original payment $83 that wasn’t credited and I just wanted my money refunded. She told me don’t bother rescheduling again. Ironic part was I got her text as I was leaving my new lash person. ????. She doesn’t communicate, tried to bilk $83 from me through her pay first website, and the lashes looked like a Bratz doll!
Really bad job !!! She attached the eyelashes to my eyelids, got a very bad infection by day 3 i couldn't help with the irritation and pain attempted to remove them myself I lost almost all of my natural lashes. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...
I love going to karla. I went to her my first time getting extentions and was not disappointed. Everyone loved my lashes. I have no idea how i went so long without them. Our sessions are always so relaxing and she really takes her time. She's such a sweet soul and I really enjoy our conversations. I recommend her! I'll never go anywhere else.
We had such a nice time with Betty, she helped me and my friend with lash lift and tint. She kept us so comfortable and really took her time!! Definitely we will come back.
Betty does an amazing job at creating beautiful natural looking lashes. She is gentle, kind, quick and efficient. And the prices are much cheaper than other places. Her quality of work is amazing. I will always go back to Betty.
I went today to do my lash lift and lamination for the first time! I had a great relaxed experience! I really loved the service and my results! Also it’s a really nice place!
