I got an acrylic set a little over a month ago and the lady who did them did a fantastic job she did exactly what I wanted. Went back today and got another set and another woman did them for me. They're super wide, the acrylic is super thick I feel like my nails are super heavy, and she just left two of my nails with a hair or string from the clear coat on and one of my nails is white and she didn't put enough polish on. Still will probably go back and they're cute but just wish the other lady was able to do them.

My mother in law took me here to get a pedicure as a gift, and it felt amazing, but 4 toes have completely lost their polish already. I got the gel in hopes it would last longer. It's been less than half a week, and for that many to completely come off is just ridiculous! They looked cute but the quality is just not there sadly, which is crazy when you pay $75 for a pedicure. Staff is very nice though, they do a good job and are very kind

I’ve been a loyal customer of this nail salon for years. But I made an appointment for today at 315 and walked through the door at 319 due to being stopped by a train. They wouldn’t take me because they already took another customer and wanted me to come back at 6pm because I was late and didn’t call.. But it’s okay to have an appointment and then sit there 30 minutes or more before they start your service. I’m not sure if I’ll be back

I went her for the 1st time today as I read 5evieqs & a friend of mine went her & she'll only go here. I LOVED IT!!! The girl tht did my nails was SO attentive! She didn't tlk to me much, but she was focused. I won't b going anywhere else! It was clean, friendly & they had some good music videos on TV. I didn't have an appt, but they were able to squeeze me in real quick since sum1 didn't show up. I highly recommend this plc!!!!

Terrible customer service. Every single time I’ve gone in there I’ve never gotten any service just rudeness all around. For years too I’ve gone in there to give them another try because maybe it was just a fluke but nope. Not once have I gotten a kind response from a worker. I say take your service elsewhere.

Not a good experience. She made me bleed by cutting too much cuticle, Super glue all over my fingers. Nails bumpy, misshapen, and not right color. Really disappointed.

2hours and $50 later! NEVER AGAIN! I think the guy that did my nails needs another profession nails not it!

After the tip I paid $50.00 for my pedicure n I was happy with my pedicure but not happy with the painting of my toenails
