Had a very nice meal inside. Good location next to the lake and nice view. The menu was varied and included a good selection of cakes. This is a family restaurant as many families using so expect it to be busy. Service was quick and the prices good value. Next time we visit will select a less busy time as the restaurant can be quite noisy especially during the holidays. However there is seating outside over looking the lake but as it was busy all seats had been taken.
Such a lovely cafe where you can have a coffee or lunch with friends or family. They can accommodate small or large groups for breakfast, lunches and dinners. It's modern but does not take away from the connection to the lake with its sea theme and colours. Brilliant after a long walk when you would like a rest stop. It's even attached to a children's playground to ensure the kids can enjoy their time here.
A recently refurbished cafe that is one of Lytham St Anne's highlights. The cafe is situated in Fairhaven Lake grounds and it overlooks the boating lake. They provide seating inside and out.
The food is pretty good and the coffee was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cafe looks wonderful after the major refurbishment, it's very bright with a feeling of space. The font used for the cafe's name is worth mentioning as it sets the scene. I will return and I would recommend.
Beautifully refurbed. Particularly like the murals. Warm, comfy seating, cosy, light and bright. Great views. Food delicious, coffee great, lovely staff. Can’t wait to come back with my dog now there is a dog friendly area. What’s not to like?
Ordered the “simply scrambled”. When it arrived it looked and tasted disgusting. The waiter said it had been cooked with cream, which I think must have split. I could not eat it and it should never have been served, as it was clearly not correct. No apology was given. I asked for fried eggs instead, which were underdone but edible. Definitely not worth the price, avoid if possible.
Enjoyed a lovely lunch ,staff extremely friendly and welcoming , have a side set out for dogs in cafe which was great ,food excellent good choice on menu , I chose a panini and friend had the fish and chips , both meals well presented and plentiful , we both had a latte they too were well made , staff vigilant on cleanliness disinfecting tables after people had left , top marks on that
Haven’t been in here since the refurbishment, love what they have done with the place…Much more modern and welcoming for the customer.
Food is good which it was previously, love how you can take dogs in there and a decent space for all customers.
Fantastic cafe beautiful surroundings loved our experience today. We sat outside as it was a beautiful sunny day we ordered the Scampi and Chips and Steak, Brie, caramelised onions on a brioche bun with chips. Both meals had a lovely side salad with them, our JRT 'Manx' sampled the sausage he happily polished it off. The staff were fab very friendly and the 'NYC cookies' we had for afters were delicious. We'll be back to visit again soon.
Thank you.
