We had a selection of tapas which were all enjoyable and decent portion sizes.
However, the Paella was a real let down. We tried both the chicken and seafood and neither had any flavour whatsoever. If a supermarket microwave paella is a 5/10, this would be a 4.
It was very disappointing because when I last went to their sister restaurant in Ewell, albeit 5 years ago, the paella was the highlight.
Our old Spanish restaurant has now sadly closed however, looks like La Villa has stepped up to take its place

The restaurant was buzzing with diners. We went there particularly for Paella which wasn’t great. However the tapas compensated for it.

We ordered a mixed paella for takeaway and it was delicious. The portion size and the amount of ingredients were very generous. The rice was in its right cooking point. Will definitely reorder it.
Lovely authentic tapas restaurant. Excellent dessert menu including Churros and Creme Catalan. We had tapas including freshly grilled sardines and octopus in garlic. Delicious
Great food, but more importantly fantastic service. Me and my friend spent an afternoon eating lovely food, and drinking wine and gin and tonics. The lady who owns the restaurant is a very generous host, and she bought us a shot each at the end of our meal. (I don't think that we were meant to drink the black sambuca that quickly ????????). Thé tapas was totally outstanding, the freshest and tastiest we've had outside of Spain and the service was excellent
