Third time trying LA Valente and it is the last time! First experience was great, second was pretty good. Third one a disaster. 10" Margherita came way overcooked and rock solid. Ordered 2 half fried pizza's, they came black and rock solid (see photo's) and we ordered 2 large portions of chips but what came was something less than a small portion in a large box!

Extremely disappointed and frustrated because I also ordered a Donee kebab and it was delicious!

Honestly baffled how anyone could and would let food of such sub bar quality leave their business!

Rang the shop for a refund, minus the kebab which was good, They said they wouldn't refund the delivery fee! Has to speak with the owner on the phone for some time, who went on about about his loss, as the customer that's not my problem and since 90% of our order was delivered unfit for consumption it's disgusting that they think they can keep the delivered on the basis that they have to pay the driver twice!

The meat feast pizza I had I asked for jalapenos on it to. But I didn't expect to have that many jalapenos I can't taste the meat on there. Very disappointed about that.

My fiancée's chip steak supper seemed delicious the speed it was eaten. I think next time I will be sticking with my fish supper as I have NEVER been disappointed with that. Fish is amazing!

Bought the mini fish supper very good. Staff friendly. Good access to shop. Parking can be a bit tricky.

Worst chip shop in Kirkcaldy! All food went straight in the bin! Fritters that soggy they were bending over when picked up. Curry sauce like jelly no taste to it whatsoever & definitely no sauce to dip anyway. Kebab meat half hard! Aw & the two hour wait to then phone up & be told another 20mins. Absolute joke of a service if that’s what you can call it! Only gave one star as had to option not too!

Didn't have to wait long fir take out, but I only asked for a Fish Supper & got a Hairy Fish Supper instead, no extra charge for the thick black hair that was there. Total Boak! Won't be back.

First time trying and it will be the last. £26 and the food is rotten. The chips was absolutely vile, tasted really funny and full of grease. Pizza was burnt underneath, the fish was more batter than actual fish and the cheese burgers was basically a sloppy soggy mess????‍♀️. And over an hour wait time on a Wednesday night is abit extreme. For a first time customer it was a big disappointment. But definitely won’t use again nor would I recommend. For the price of your food. DO BETTER ????

Food was OK, counter staff were good, the two idiots cooking were a joke, rude to the counter staff and absolutely no organisation even tho the counter staff were telling the what they needed, only to be belittled, just eat orders coming through and counter staff asking where it is and being told I'm just starting it, and the back staff actually losing and order, feel sorry for the counter staff, was also mildly pricey for what I ordered
