Best PlaceJuice Reviews

I went in on Nov 25 Black Friday and the lady was nice at first. I asked her to touch up a spot she missed and she got angry. She told me I was too picky. Well excuse me but I’m paying for this service. Now the color scratches very easy and the clear coat is coming off. I’m not happy at all. ????
The worst pedicure I e ever had, she didn’t even get all the old gel polish off you can see on my second toe and my toes are more dry after getting my pedicure done. You can see all the dry skin around my toe nail. I would not recommend this place to nobody.
My mom and I signed up for a pedicure but the smell was so strong that we walked out. I guess it’s polish remover…? I don’t know, but it was suffocating. We found a different place that had no smell at all!
If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!! I was taken here for mother's day so luckily I didn't pay but I told the lady who was doing my pedicure multiple times she was hurting me so when I left I took a closer look at my feet and this is what I saw. She filed my skin on both of my big toes, cut the side of my toe and left nail in my skin and was extremely rude the whole time. Will not be going back.
Very fast service. The ladies were very nice. First time here and will be back.
I went yesterday to get a mani/pedi and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I was sat immediately but by the time the gal got me my water was cold (over 30 minutes) and I had watched several centipedes crawl across the floor. The lady was incredibly rushed, careless and frankly I found my pedicure to be very painful. I opted to get the spa treatment when I first walked in thinking it would be a nice relaxing treatment…and boy was I wrong. It was essentially just some lotion on my legs and a very quick foot rub. It was not at all worth the cost. Then the lady wanted to start on my manicure before my pedicure was even done….so when I sat down at the table, I was turned at an awkward angle and had one lady painting my toes and one lady working my fingers. Let me pain you a picture…both my elbows on the desk so the lady could apply acrylics, sitting in a rolling chair, my hips are turned the most I could do my feet are parallel to the desk so a second woman could paint my toes. She is sitting on a stool and keeps requesting me to raise and lower my feet in between coats of paint and alternate them in the lamp. The lady that was painting my toes kept getting irritated with me because I couldn’t move my legs fast enough careful enough for her. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the lady who did my finger nails did a decent job. She was also rushed and was it was boarder line painful at times, but at least it looks decent. Definitely will not be back.
They were very nice but the pedicure was not much. Hurried through all three of us, myself, granddaughter and friend. They clipped the sides of my nails as though resolving an ingrown nail issue but never removed that piece of nail that should be pulled out. The nail trim was done so quickly that the nails are of various lengths. My heals were hardly touched. Not sure if I even got lotion and massage as it all happened so fast. I have pieces of skin around my nails just hanging out. The tool she used for the cuticle was painful. Rather rough and seemed to just want to be done. I have polish on my skin in multiple places. 30.00 times 3 was quite expensive. Two ladies did the three pedicures and total time was less than 20 minutes and we were done. I will not go back. I am from Florida and wanted to treat my friend and granddaughter. None of us got a 30.00 pedicure. Quality of service was Very Poor.
No.Just don’t. Especially if you are taking your daughter. First and last time there.

Quick Facts About L.A. Nails

LA Nails has a number of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, one commenter mentioned that the service at LA Nails was very fast and that the employees were nice. This indicates that the salon values efficiency and has friendly staff who provide good customer service. Another positive aspect is that a first-time customer said they would be returning to the salon, suggesting that they were satisfied with their experience overall.
However, there are also several weaknesses that were pointed out by multiple customers. One major issue is the quality of the service provided. Several customers complained about the technicians not paying attention to detail and rushing through the treatments. This resulted in various problems such as missed spots, rough filing, and pain during the procedures. It seems that the employees may need to improve their skills and be more attentive to the needs and comfort of the customers.
Hygiene and cleanliness were also mentioned as issues by some customers. One person stated that they saw centipedes crawling on the floor, which raises concerns about the salon's cleanliness standards. Another customer mentioned a strong smell, possibly from the polish remover, that made them feel suffocated. These aspects can greatly impact the overall customer experience and should be addressed by the management of LA Nails.
There were also complaints about the durability of the services provided. One client mentioned that the color of their nail polish easily scratched off, while another customer stated that the pedicure resulted in dry skin. This indicates a lack of quality and attention to detail in the services provided, as well as potential issues with the products used.
Another weakness is the lack of professionalism exhibited by some staff members. One customer reported that a technician was rude and dismissive when they expressed their dissatisfaction with the service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and creates a negative impression of the salon.
Price was another concern raised by customers. One person mentioned that the cost of the pedicure was high, considering the poor quality of the service and the short duration of the treatment. This suggests that customers may not be getting good value for their money at LA Nails.
Lastly, a customer warned against taking children to the salon, implying that the environment may not be suitable for younger clientele. This raises a concern about the overall atmosphere and experience provided by the salon.
In conclusion, LA Nails has a few strengths such as fast service and friendly staff. However, the salon also has several weaknesses including poor attention to detail, cleanliness issues, durability problems, lack of professionalism, high prices, and an unsuitable environment for children. These issues should be addressed by the management in order to improve the overall customer experience at LA Nails.
