I have had my nails done here for over 10 years. I love their new salon so clean and beautiful. Nancy is a creative nail tech with a ton of experience. The other girls are also very sweet. My nails don't lift, they aren't bulky, they are beautiful! Recently, I made the mistake and tried to have longer nails then usual and I could not type for my job. They just giggled with me and filed them down to a more functional length. I love Kutie Nails.
Love ladies there are so sweet and friendly . They know my mom and myself by name .
They're friendly, efficient and capable when ive been here for myself. What really stands out to me though is the friendliness and professionalism when we take my grampa. He's 97 and has extremely unmanageable nails and toenails. He's also hard of hearing which can make working with him more difficult. He comes in and sees Nancy and she's so friendly and patient and tends to his needs. Kutie Nails has been life changing for him and we're so grateful.
I went there with some friends yesterday and we all got pedicures. First, if your looking for a spa experience this is not it at all. It's a basic pedicure. Second the nail tech made me bleed twice. She ripped off part of my toe nail and I actually kind of yelled out. My toe is swollen and sore. She also ripped a cuticle off on the other toe and it bled. She scrubbed my friends feet with a pumice then took it out her dirty feet water and threw it in the water where my feet were. It was unsanitary and disgusting. I did give it two stars because in the end what's left of my toenails looks decent.
Nancy is amazing! My nails are always awesome and I am a pretty picky person when it comes to my nails. I don't have issues with them falling off. I get to get my nails done late in the evening which is the only time I really have time to get my nails done so it's very convenient. Her coffin shapes is always on point and she knows my line of work and knows I wash my hands allot so she does everything to make them stay on and stay durable. Thanks Nancy for your great service
I very rarely write reviews but, I had to this time.
I had two different nail technicians and two different experiences in one appointment. The first one was awesome, very friendly, kind and helpful. She made great suggestions and I felt the reviews was wrong about this place. Until I had the second technician for my pedicure she was rude she criticize my feet saying I make a lot of work for her. Not only that, she publicly embarrass me in front of my friends and the other customers making a great show on how difficult my Pedicure was. Which include facial gestures and sounds. To top everything off I started off with $55 pedicure and manicure which turned into a $65 Without even telling me she add the extra cost. Her reasoning was because it was a lot of work to finish my pedicure. In addition to everything else my nail polish was lumpy and smeared I asked if she could correct it, the nail technician blamed me. I will never go to this place again. My friends and I have already worn several of our friends not to step foot in this place. If it wasn’t for the first nail technician I would give Beautiful nails one star.
Nail tech used dremel tool to take off gel paint even though she already knew the old nails were loose and coming off. She ended up taking off my skin on my finger next to nail. My finger was bleeding and it really hurt! She didn’t even apologize!! She said it wasn’t her fault , she said it happened because my nails were loose. She knew my nails were loose, so she should have known better. I refused to let her continue, so another tech took over. She was very slow and although the finished nails looked OK, I was still not happy . My finger is scabbed over and still red and sensitive. I would Never recommend this place.
Went in for the first time today, my nails are so sore right now! The lady tried to be nice which I appreciated however, to start just to get regular full set it took over an hour with just one color... It took forever and then she filed my nails so much my fingers burned and my skin around my fingers are split and bleeding and they burn. Not to mention she caked the Polish in so it took more than 30 minutes to completely dry!! Never again way over priced also!
