Came in 30 min late. Instead of cancelling and rebooking, she thought it was okay to start my hair and then take another client who’s appointment was 90 minutes after mine after only twisting 2 dreads. Told me to come back after my workday which means I would look like this all day. She also had an appointment for 9:30 she had to cancel bc she triple booked herself. Extremely unprofessional to take another client in the middle of a appointment bc shes known him or had him as a client longer. Had to argue with both her and her client just to get told I have to come after they close.
I’ve been coming here for my locs for about 7 years now. Auntie is the best there is. Service is punctual, quick, and professional and the environment is very welcoming and clean. 10/10
Best hair salon Ever . I Love love love auntie and she always fulfills any style I throw at her . The hair wash is my favorite part ???? all the ladies are lovely , But Auntie is the Everything ???? best price anywhere for Locs wash , retwist , and style $45 , you cannot beat that
I have been coming to this establishment for well over 7 years now . Every time I enter I am greeted with such great energy that for that moment in time when I’m in the saloon I feel free of worry , welcomed , and at peace . Auntie /Owner … is such a light in the life of many people who enter and you can just sit back and watch how people love her . She recruits the best staff that work under her as they are also gregarious and extremely talented . The place is very clean and the vibe is amazing . They see very tidy and fast … I mean fast without compromising quality of services.
To sum it up…. We are all blessed to get to be in this circle of being serviced by such great stylists.
I have been comming to this salon for the past 5 years and I must say it has been the best de día on I’ve ever made. I’ve never seen my hair grow this long in my LIFE! There is real potential at this salon and the owner AUNTIE Is the sweetest caring most humble person. She sure can give you any style you like and she’s very time efficient. I started with braids and moved my way to dreadlocks and I am NEVER disappointed! The ladies there are the best and they price is just right! And most importantly they care about how you feel at the end of it all ! Thank you auntie and the ladies. A customer for life! I literally take a flight once a month from nyc to FLL to do my hair
