Mario always makes sure the cut is clean and perfect , takes his work very seriously and professionally
This was the first time my grandson tried Kut Kings. He was very happy with the final result. Mario was not only friendly but he took his time to ensure the perfect haircut. It is obvious he takes his profession seriously and is very proud of his skill as a barber.
No wait, nice & polite barber. Great style cut, a bit of confusion on the style. I asked for a low cut fade, before I sat down, I looked back at my son, in the chair. I was pretty shocked to see the barber had buzzed right through his hair. He changed the style to a very low Caesar. He just buzzed right through, all of my sons hair. So, I believe my son must have agreed to the change. Also, my son's neck had his skin cut. It looked like the entire length of the razor, dug into his skin. Other than that, my son was pleased.
No one in the shop except 1 guy. Three barbers in the shop. I was told no one could cut my hair and they only take appointments. Not true because I know someone who just walked in and got a haircut this past weekend. I guess we are just too fancy to take a walk in now. It's ok. Money is universal and someone else is willing to take it. Lesson learned for me.
The actual haircuts these guys give are very good. Their customer service and level of professionalism is absolutely terrible . I went with my son to get both of our haircut , my son went first to trim a little off top and shape him up I got charged $30 which was fine I even tipped him . I then told my son to sit in the chair next to me while I got my haircut (he’s 6 and was watching his phone the whole time ). The barber told me he couldn’t sit there he had to wait by the door on the seats ! Did he expect me to let my kid sit next to the door anyone can walk out with him and I wouldn’t even see . I then went to speak to the owner who was playing chess and made me come over to him he couldn’t be bothered to even get out of his seat and he also said they don’t want people sitting in the chairs cause that’s how they get messed up .
My family is new to this town, found this barbershop a few minutes from my house, it was very nice, clean, and the staff was very professional! Not to mention my son's haircut was bomb! Great service, we will definitely be back again!
First of all , I love that you can book your appointment online and pay online. That’s amazing. Secondly, I took my toddler there for a haircut and Freddie was super patient and sweet. My son cried all through the cut but Freddie kept his calm and finished the cut and did a great job. Any man that can give a fighting, kicking and screaming toddler a great haircut can definitely work wonders on an adults hair. Ask for Freddie when next you go there. He won’t disappoint.
I really thought I’d make this review so people are warned before coming here to receive services. Make sure you have the exact amount of cash for their services. I use to come here for their services a while ago as a regular but the reason I stopped coming was because the barber (guy who claim to be the owner) who I was getting my services from ripped me off a few times for a quick shape up. I tip when I feel a tip is deserved not for someone to take my money walk away and not try to give me my change back. I didn’t want to make a big scene about it so I just knew next time I was not coming back & never will. Maybe he did that because I was a female he felt he can take advantage & I had no other options. Well I did , there’s better barbershops that I’ve been in and felt welcome without being overcharged. Your company lost out on a good customer. The price was discussed before I even started receiving their services & there prices were displayed in the shop so there’s no excuse for being overcharged.
