If I could give this store negative stars I would. The final products turned out unprofessional . When I spoke to the owner about not being happy with how the products turned out he was very angry and unprofessional . He told me if I could do better then I should have just done them. I told him the whole reason I brought it to a professional was to have a professional looking product that I could not do. He said because I am not paying $40 a shirt what do I expect ? He told me this is the work he does and after 5 years no one has complained about his work. As you can see in the pictures below , he is unqualified at the work he does . His customer service and products are horrific and I will be contacting the better business bureau on him. Do NOT go anywhere near this store or this owner . He will yell at you and tell you to do it yourself then !

I called first and got a very welcoming and accommodating intro. I went in and the owner and employee helped me create a great personal joke on a sweatshirt for my son for Christmas. I love the end result and I’m excited for my son to open it! It’s my favorite gift for him! I highly recommend this place for its professionalism, kindness, patience, laughter and good work! This is my go to place now for personal labeling of any kind. Happy Holidays

These guys rock! They helped me "kustomize" 10 shirts for my sister's birthday and they turned out fantastic! Quick turnaround time and fair price too. On top of it all, the customer service is top-notch...not something easy to find these days! Take your business here...you won't be disappointed!

This place is amazing! I called around to different stores and Kustomized hands down had the best prices and fastest turn around! Talked with Ali about my order because I needed my chef jackets embroidered by a certain date and he went above and beyond to make this happen. I am definitely going back!

Horrible customer service. Came in to test the waters and potentially put in a huge order. No one called back. I had to call them. Then the owner was very unprofessional and hung up on me. Go to more reputable shops to get your work done.
