I had the deluxe pedicure, and it was fabulous. The technician had their worked cut out for them! My feet look and feel amazing. Their prices are reasonable, and they are open on Sunday, a definite bonus. I recommend calling for an appointment, they were quite busy when I arrived for mine.
Nina did a wonderful job and showed her expertise while doing my nails. She was able to execute what I had in mind and tailored the look to fit me as well. Definitely going back to her in the future!
My daughter, granddaughter and myself had a wonderful pedicure experience at Kona Nails. They got us all in at our appointment time, were very professional, great technicians and treated my 5 year old granddaughter like a princess. I highly recommend them.
I have been coming to the same salon for almost a year pretty regularly. I usually always have a great experience. I have used Tina for most of my visits she is great. Unfortunately I'm not currently having a good experience. I called and asked for a fill which I always do. They informed me Tina wasn't available as she wasn't working today. I went ahead with the appointment because I needed to get in and don't have another time to come in. I sat down and they started to file my nails down it was very different then when I have gotten it done any other time. She continues to shape my nails and I asked for an almond shape as I always get. She continued to make a round shape after cutting them down in a square shape. I mentioned this wasn't how it was done previously and another lady told me everyone does it differently. I said okay and continued with the appointment she asked me if the shape was correct and I said no they then asked if I had time to wait for another person to do them I said okay I can wait. Moving forward they talked alot and then patted me and talked to me as if I had done something wrong for asking for what I specifically wanted. They asked if I could wait 15min and I have now been sitting here longer still waiting. They have made me feel bad for asking for the nails I always get. I dint want to pay almost $100 for something I'm not going to be happy with. This has by far been the worst experience. I will be finding a new nail salon which makes me sad because any other time I have had a good experience but this has made me really uncomfortable. I hope moving forward they don't continue to treat people this way.
I just had a pedicure with Tia. She is a lovely girl and gave me the best ped I have had in years. She took great care to really clean up my feet. Very nice place.
Not bad. Gave my appointment away with hannah, but jenny did half and mary (owner) did rest. Jenny personable but put on one nail crooked. Mary not much of personality but fixed the shape. Was $62 plus $15 tip, pricey for me but i paid it without concern. Below is before during after and example (i showed of what i wanted). No wine offered, though i seen other clients receive, i didnt ask. Also, some got lotion 2 min massage but also was not given or offered to me.
My sister and I were looking for a place to get our mani and pedis done before my wedding. They were able to fit us in! Our service was amazing and the staff are all so kind. I absolutely love my acrylic nails with gel design! Highly recommend!
