This is my 3rd time ordering hair from you. I’ve never had any problems with my order or my hair. My hair normally come so quick I be shocked how quick I got it. I love the kinky curly hair! It look so natural & I only used 1 bundle & a closure when I got a wig made (It look full & natural). I actually still got 2 bundles from my last order. I always wait until she run a special & I stock up (spending about $300).i wish she would run a deal like she did few yrs ago lol (the bundles was $20 each). Now that was a deal! The prices are still reasonable with the sale going on now. Thanks for meeting my Hair Needs!

I’ve ordered hair from this place consistently for 2 years. I supported her because I always try to buy black. But this past time I’ve had the worst experience. Especially being that I needed the hair for my birthday. Her staff was very unprofessional and had no regard for the trouble they caused me, because they lied about when my order was shipped. One lady was so rude, I hung up the phone on her. But I will never ever buy anything else from her. I spent my money with her and treated me like it didn’t matter. So yea, don’t buy stuff from here if you want good customer service

My first and last experience with this company. So I order hair from here during their sale I was very excited to receive my hair. When I received my order in the mail it was completely wrong like completely wrong I was very disappointed. I emailed them to let them know and the person responding to the emails was unprofessional and unhelpful. I had to spend more money to ship the hair back to the factory because they told me I couldn't exchange it in the store. Here is where I became pissed me off I finally shipped the hair back and haven't heard anything back to them so I had to email them again they never respond so I emailed them again just asking for a update on it and they proceed that they don't know when shipment to come in so they don't know when my hair would be sent out. My whole thing is I already have been waiting to a week plus. I asked for a refund because they so unprofessional and it seems like they didn't care that they messed up my order. I will not support this hair company which is sad because I support black businesses. I hate a unprofessional company. This is my first and last time buying from this company. If I could give y'all no star I would because that's how unhappy I was.

I HAD TO ADD to my review. I just found out that she charges $5 for card purchases in store. Completely ridiculous.

The hair is only good for what it’s worth(about $50). I purchased from them twice but never again. The first time, I ordered straight hair (it was straight)...however, once I washed it, it was wavy. ???????? the hair started to shed like crazy and it also started to thin out. Usually my weave will shed, but it doesn’t thin out like that. It became all matted up too. Lord!! I got the weave to lessen the hair maintenance in the morning, but I had to do more to my hair to make it look nice! The bundles were pretty thin as well. Once again, it is cheap after all...The ends were fried and I took very good care of my hair. The second time, I purchased the “Indian Deep Wave”...it only lasted 1.5 months. The hair was matted, dry, and stiff after that. I would look down and sadly...the weave would too. I took very good care of the hair...but nothing would suffice. Most of my weave was on the floor. Her hair only lasts about 3-6 months. It is definitely worth the cheap investment if you need something quick. I’ve shopped with premiumhairboutique in ATL(my used bundle is still in the bag after 3 years)...so I know quality when I see it. I’ll pay $500 over $250 for BS ANY DAY. Invest in QUALITY. She’s making millions off of everybody that wants to be cheap. ????????‍♀️

I love...!!! Ordering hair from this website The ONLY PLACE I GET MY CURLY HAIR FROM I BEEN ????????????. I still use the same hair I ordered from them 3 years ago hair is still in good shape i Have no problem when it comes to the hair shedding great customer service ! ????????????????

I’ve been buying hair from here for over a year, never had a problem until now. You can tell that they switched vendors, I ordered body wave hair but it kept getting tangled. I had to brush it every 5 to 10 mins within the day. It was so bad I washed it and straighten it the first day it looked really nice but afterwards it was back to its tangly ways. Don’t waste your time or money this hair is complete TRASH now. You would be better off with beauty supply bundles!!!

I’ve ordered twice from Klassy K Extensions and I’ve been pleased both times. The first ordered was to have someone create a Bob wig and it still looks good. The second order was for an extended ponytail. The hair flows and has a nice bounce. Also, both times my ordered arrived before schedule…yay! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

I ordered hair, 5 minutes after ordering I requested to cancel the order due to the bad reviews. My request was denied. I received the hair promptly, the bundles are the absolute thinnest bundles of hair I’ve ever seen. I ordered 3 bundles and I foresee me needing 2 more, in order to have a normal looking sew in. The texture seems nice though.
