The man of Asian decent who seems to be the owner was very rude to not only me and my mother but also rude to his employees. They only have one booth to try on wigs. You have to pay a dollar to get a wig cap (even if you have your own) and you can only try three wigs per wig cap. There is no limit to how many you can buy so the lady in front if us was trying on a more than 3 wigs. We waited patiently. The wigs are locked onto the wig heads but when it was our turn we had barely tried on any wigs before the man came up behind us YELLING that we shouldn't take the wigs off the wig heads by ourselves even though it wasn't us that did it. It was the lady that was helping us and she was so nice. He started snatching the wigs, that we were gonna buy, from us. Then when my mom told him it wasn't us that took it off he started yelling at THE WRONG EMPLOYEE to not take them off the wig (then how are we supposed to try them on) then he kept repeating and yelling at her and he bumped into my mom and pointed to the sign like we can't read saying 3 wigs per cap. We already knew that and we were both trying on three wigs. He then said "I'm not bothering you you're bothering me" to my mom. He then started yelling back and forth with my mom and then walked away. He then proceeded to talk about us to the already uncomfortable people at the counter ready to check out. His employees were so sweet, helpful and also apologized for what he did even though it wasn't their fault I wish that they could work for a better employeer. Please don't spend your money here there are other and better places within this generation area.
They're so friendly and helpful! Nobody follows you around. BP you know what I mean! You'll actually be happy to spend $200 each and every time. No attitude whatsoever. Extremely pleasant!

This place is amazing, super friendly staff and an enormous collection!
After being disappointed by the hair depot, I drove 1 hour to kiss me beauty for a wig for my teenager, leaving with 3 wigs and two hairpieces!
Unfortunately I can’t give more than 5 stars so I can only say I highly recommend this store!!!!
Will be back for more during my next vacation.
