Used to be a great kebab place but has steadily become worse over time, multiple times I used here only to end up with food poisoning each time and wasted money.

The food is extremely bland in taste and some what overpriced for the portions they are providing.

If you don’t want food poisoning then avoid

I mean it's a kebab shop. Not much else to know. Not the friendliest of guys. They seem to keep it strictly business but hey you are looking for a lamb kofte not a best man for your wedding.

Pricing is a little strong but not excessively so. The decor is as you would expect from a purveyor kebab like goodness (read a little depressing). Useful thing is they do now except card although they have a strange habit of not telling you how much your order is. They just present you the machine and expect you to tap.

You're wondering why I as yet have not mentioned the food? It's because you know exactly what it tastes like. They all get their supplies from the same meat repository in the sky (well that's how I picture it) so once you've had a donar from one place, you've pretty much had them all.

Usually go to this place when in need of a kebab and local however my last experience was shocking. Ordered kebab as well as garlic bread, ate most of the garlic bread and to my surprise when I looked at the base of the bread I saw mould! As I got the order last one evening, the next day I went there and asked to speak to the manager and showed him the picture of the mould. He seemed uninterested and said he wasn’t there so he can’t deal with it? The guy that made my food, keep stuttering as if he didn’t know what I was talking about. Zero customer service and accountability taken - will NOT be going back to this place as customer service was so bad and I felt be-littled about going to them!!!

Haven't used kismet in years even tho it's our local I decided to try it tonight and it was really good food, staff were polite and friendly salad was nice and fresh. Will def be using again.

I asked for fresh cut, been asked to wait for15 min, which i was okay with. However at the end i got the meat from the pot and its not thr first time happening.really disappointed with the service, you asked for one thing and you never get it.

Quality kebab shop with straightforward service and very good food made quickly, efficiently and with care. You can’t really find many better places for chicken shish. Chips are good too!
