This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They told me and my two cousins they could take 3 appointments for a dip manicure. When we got there, we all got our previous polish removed and then only 2 of us began getting our manicure. The third person waited an hour before they were able to get their nails done in which she chose to go elsewhere. My nails and my cousins nails turned out HORRIBLE. Typically you get your finger nail dipped 3 times. The guy going my nail dipped them each about 15 times. He never asked for the shape of my nails that I wanted. Even worse, he cut me on almost every finger. When he would go to file near the cut, I said ow and he didn’t even stop. It was so painful. I paid $55 for the worst manicure ever. Do not waste your time.
My daughter and I each had a gel pedicure. I had my daughter use my card to pay while I was finishing up. I was charged almost 40 dollars more than the pedicures we chose. I didn’t know until I reviewed my debit charges the next day. It didn’t include the tip because those are given in cash. And the worst part was two of my daughters gel nails had popped off within 24 hours!!! I paid 160 dollars for two pedicures and the gel didn’t even last a day. I live two minutes from this business and will NEVER go there again for any services!!!! Don’t waste your money!
Made an appointment because this place had excellent reviews. The message at the end of the service is the big draw but not worth wasting 25 minutes of my time waiting. I made an appointment but this made no difference. The walk in was served the same time as I and waited over 25 minutes. Good thing my afternoon was flexible. I was not impressed.
Gentleman was very rough. His nails were digging into my fingers. II will not be going back. Nails look nice but not worth the pain.

This establishment was recommended to me, I went in open minded ready to have a pedicure. They have a sign on the wall with several pedicures starting at $30 and going up.
So I tried to ask them if they could explain to me what the differences were. Apparently no one there could speak very good English, and I started to get the runaround about an answer.
I made several attempts to explain what I was asking, that I wanted to understand what the difference was for the varied prices & the woman that was working there just kept reiterating “that is more we do more, we do longer.” Or “we do color”...
Well when you were speaking about $40 plus I want to know exactly what you’re doing to my feet. “We do callous, we don’t do callous, no massage”... isn’t quite clear & is starting to sound awful...
In Florida it is $20 for a pedicure. A FULL pedi with massage, exfoliation, hot wax & more!
She started to say to me, “ If you no like, you can leave, go somewhere else”
At that point I KNEW if I dropped $40 & didn’t like what I got I would be very upset... When here she is already being so disrespectful? Because I’m trying to get clarification?
That is exactly what I did. I left. I went down the street to a different salon and I was quite happy with what they did and it was for less money. They also had a sheet that you could read that explained exactly what you got for each type of pedicure and the prices...

Offered a $5 tip and they insisted on/demanded $10 tip (20%) despite being insanely overcharged for a subpar pedicure. I asked for a polish change and was told not an option so had to go with their most basic Pedi which was $49. I've never experienced anything like this. Will never return.

charged everyone of us over $70 for Acrylic nails I will never go back. The stuff he put on my nails burned my nails and I made a comment about it that wow my nails are burning!

will I go back no. I would go for a pedicure but never for nails again.???? plus he cut them short ugh without even asking me what length I wanted he immediately chopped the nail off so I had no choice but to go short the whole way ????‍????
I had an appointment for 11:00. The owner called me at 10:50 to see where we were. When we arrived they weren’t even ready for us. The mani pedi was nice but no message. The owner so over booked people that when they came in there were 6 people booked for noon and only 4 workers and they were with other clients. While we were sitting for our nails to dry the owner came over and touched a our nails and said they are dry you can leave just be careful. We needed to leave so other people could use the dryer. Worst experience I have ever had there. Probably wont go back.
