I have gotten mt nails done 3 times in a row from this location and I was please with my results every time. Lucy is my nail tech and she gives me exactly what I ask for. She does my shape the way I like it. The wait time can be an inconvenience a little bit but it is worth it if you don't have other plans or request a particular nail tech. Other than that the environment is good amd respectful.
10/10 DONT recommend. Shaping is horrible , panting is horrible . I had the guy redo the design numerous times and it still was awful . I just gave up . I showed him a photo of what I wanted and it’s nothing near it , even after complaining .
I give them 4 stars. My pedicure was very good. My eyebrow waxing was also good. My gel manicure wasn’t so good. There was polish on my cuticles and I thought it would eventually wash off but it didn’t (my real nails). Other than that everything was pretty good. I’m willing to give them another try. Two out of three isn’t bad. I will let them know on my next visit.
On the wall it says “ full set acrylic $25 “ I wanted short with white ! he said $35 ! My middle and ring finger shaping was not it ! Both of my pointer fingers was 2 different lengths everything was a mess and he even tried to go up $10 on me
I came here for the first time today. I was very hesitant since I had read the bad reviews saying they were rude and unpleasant. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door, asked which services I wanted and then immediately sat down in a chair for them to begin on my nails. I was asked every step of the way about how I wanted my nails and then asked if they were to my liking. I've never had someone spend so much time on my nails to make sure they were perfect. I will definitely be back.

I just had the absolute worst experience. If I could give this a negative star review, I sure would. I am a retired nail technician of 40+ years. I can't do my own nails myself anymore unfortunately because of arthritis. My regular girl is on vacation, which is why I went here.
I have never been to a place as rude and awful as this. I called ahead and made an appointment for 5pm, I got there at 450, and waited until 520 to be seen. I was there for a plain fill-in, even brought my own polish. I got assigned to a young man, and told him of my two nails that needed to be built up more on the sides and filled where they were starting to lift at the edges. He started with the drill, nothing appeared clean or sanitized BTW. He was gentle, but I could tell he was new and unsure, and I specifically asked for an English speaker so that I could accurately communicate what I wanted and what my concerns were. My nails are all different lengths, there are no formed arches, different levels of acrylic all over the nail. Just honestly extremely poor work. Then when he started to file, he used a really rough file and filed away his work. If his work was smooth and correct, you don't need that. He also filed my actual nail instead of the acrylic and separated the sides again.
I don't know how they're staying in business with this bs service, attitude, and work. And the other worker next to him was rude to me when I was just trying to coach him to do my nails the right way. Then the manager was the same way. All I said was that he needed more training, if he knew what he was doing this wouldn't be an issue at all. I don't think any of these people have any legitimate licensing, and there's no way this kid passed the board certified test. They don't know what their tools are, don't know the names, didn't even know they had block buffers when they're at every station!
Never in my life have I been so disgusted with the lack of customer service, lack of knowledge of the tools of their profession, and lack of cleanliness. I will never go here again and I caution whoever is reading this to STAY AWAY!
The nails don't stay on long they popped off. To be honest a waste of money
They accommodated my boyfriend and I in the late evening and did a great job. Will be going back for sure!
