I went in to do nails done and I noticed that my little toe nail was half done!! When I got my nail done the girl made me bleed. I love my nails got get wrong but the lady should have had more grace when working with edges of the finger nail. I hope it doesn't cause an infection from the Dremel
They lady was sweet but my nails are messed up! Four days of having my nails and one nails lifting and another ones polish is peeling and it’s sticky underneath I’m highly disappointed cause I’ve gotten so many good reviews from this place ???? (photo of my chipped polish)
Meh, I'm unimpressed. And regretful that I didn't just go to my usual spot, but I wanted to try some place closer to work out.
I got a manicure which they immediately tried to upgrade to gel, and I agreed. They didn't have me wash my hands before we started. My left hand was soaked for literally 15 seconds before she began working on it. 3 of my fingers were cut during a basic manicure. Dusty, separated nail polish bottles on the rack to choose from. I have rough edges I have to file down myself at home. There's nail polish on my skin. The massage was 10 seconds of hand rubbing, switch hands, repeat and done.
When I agreed to gel, I decided to get black with a glitter ombre on the thumb. The tech told me this wouldn't look good and tried to get me to do ombre on all the fingers, then ignored my question when I asked what the additional cost for that would be. I ended up with black nails and a glitter accent nail, which does look ok despite the strong 2015 vibes.
The entire thing felt very rushed, half done, and like they were disappointed I wasn't spending more money.
Overall, I prefer my manicures to have more massage and soaking length time than time spent discussing how bad my cuticles are, so this place isn't for me.
My nails are super cute and my tech listened to everything and capitalized. I'm super picky and just moved here so I'm really happy that I found my new salon so quick.
A friend recommended and said they were middle grade for nail salons but this was the Worst mani/pedi I’ve ever gotten, after cutting and filing my nails they didn’t have me rinse my hands/nails off and continued to apply acrylic, therefore under my acrylics were nail file dust which is not cute and gross!! Very disappointing! Paid $105 not including tip and had nail dust all over my nails & didn’t even get enough coats on my toe nails & they didn’t even ask if I wanted more, like most salons do, Will not be returning. Very disappointed, Big thumbs down. ????
Annie does great work, she's always so cheerful and does anything I ask within reason
Annie is the absolutely best. Only one I'll let do my feet. She's such a kind person and cares. I let her pick out colors for toes and nails. Always beautiful and creative.
My fiance started taking me to Kim's nails. It was really nice place and the girls there are very sweet and polite.
