I asked for the company nail color and the they lady you did my nails brought my vision to life. And a plus she was cool and laid back

You can tell they keep cleaning to a minimum. Gunk and filth everywhere. Don’t clean in between clients. I got a full set with gel and she skipped a lot of steps with filing and it shows. No buffing bc she didn’t use base coat. Very bulgy, thick and uneven width. She was too worried about her phone in between each finger. When I told her you can see where she didn’t file on the side of the nail bed her response was next time do white acrylic. Okay, so why didn’t you say that ? I only see “dipping powder” which I don’t want. No cuticle oil at all. Pedicure was barely that. And was done after my full set so I had to wait extra time for them to dry. She turned the water on and walked away and another worker came over and had to shut it off bc it was about to overflow. Also, HER NOSE WAS RUNNING WITH NO MASK ON ! I know she was trying but come on. I hope I don’t get sick as a result. And not to mention I got white gel on my nails and regular white polish on my toes. TWO DIFFERENT SHADES OF WHITE! When I said it to them they chuckled so I paid and left.I haven’t lived in York for over 10 years and this was where I always used to come. Not coming back. All my nails look okay from a distance but when you look up close you can see how sloppy of a job they did. I normally tip well, but they got paid what they deserved, less than 10 a piece. Last thing! As I was leaving, one of the workers was washing her hair in the pedicure tub. Done !

Had a very pleasant experience at this salon, great customer service and my tech was so nice and friendly, great job!!!

Place was not clean. Stuff everywhere. Very heavy handed and would just throw your hand to the side when done. Massage chairs ripped and the screens didn’t work nor did half the buttons. The day after I got them done they had huge bubbles under 2 fingers, when they popped, it was wet polish. Had to call and go get fixed on my lunch break. Took them 4 times to try and redo it because they were rushing. Then the next day after getting them fixed. Chipped again as you can see. I won’t even get started on my toes. $100 for this. If this is what they constantly do then they know how to rip people off. Only went because my original place was booked and needed it done for my anniversary. I should have just waited. A waste of $100.

Staff was so nice and the beautiful artwork on my nails was amazing and price to value was excellent

Made my nails super thick and when I asked for them to be fixed I was told that I would have to pay dollars for something that should’ve been done right the first time.
