I've been going here for years but Hanna is my go to person now (not same Hanna as previous review from different nail salon). I got clear dip powder and gel polish for the colors. Hanna takes the time to listen to what I want and does exactly how I envisioned for my nails. She's friendly and fast but I didn't get any cuts. Linda and Joy are also good.

This place is always on time and I think they take walk ins but I recommend making an appointment. The place is clean (I saw them wipe down pedicure chairs after use), and all the staff were friendly.

FINALLY! A good nail salon! I've been to several in the area since my last place didn't survive the Covid shutdown. They got us right in, despite being very busy, listened to what my husband and I wanted, and did it well. Prices are normal for the area.

I work in the area and was looking for a decent place to get a fresh set after work. This place was just around the corner. I usually get gel x because no one ever achieves the shape I want. I took the risk with acrylic and was so nervous but Tiffany went above and beyond and did everything exactly how I asked and listened to what I wanted and made it happen even down to the color that I have been looking for and no one has ever bothered matching. I’m so in love with nails.

Trying this nail salon out after my lunch at Pho So 1. This place is busy! The lady who did my pedicure; Lynh, was very gentle and taken her time when she was treating me. I LOVE THAT about her! She did a great job!!

Prices are average.

May stop by again next time I'm around this area. Hopefully Lynh is there!

Less than one star At this point I'm never going here again...it was horrible experience the customer service and the fact that they were rushing it was done poorly. The lady doing my nails kept rushing and throwing my hands around and I also had to keep asking to get the clumps out of my nails and shape them right. She kept saying my fingers were crooked and my eyes were bad I was charged $50 and she didn’t even finish she left me sitting because she didn’t want to fix it So I waited for 30 min for another person should have walked out The worse part is I can't even have them fix them before my event my fingers hurt there lumpy and there lopsided save your time and money and find a place with good quality work….photos below also showed a picture of a minimal design she said she could do it and at the end she said I don’t do designs…. and don’t have no time.

I took my 13 year old daughter and her friend to get all of our nails done. It was a Sunday afternoon, and the place was rather busy, but, even so, we were seated almost immediately, without an appointment. We had such a fun time, and the service was so friendly and accommodating. Very clean, very organized, and they did a great job on all 3 of our sets. Its been a week and my nails still look and feel great. Even my daughter, who has never cared for even press on nails, or anything of that nature, says that she still really likes them, and feels comfortable wearing them! I've gone to a few salons in the area, looking for my *go to* place, and I think I have finally found it. Not to mention, the spa pedicures REALLY looked amazing, I'll be getting one of those my next visit!

Tiffany is the best! She took my nails from super thin and unhealthy, always using Gel-X... to being able to transition to Biogel w my natural nail and having them be the healthiest they've ever been!

Very upsetting experience. I have been coming here for two years, and although there have been some days better than others, im sharing this hoping it is taken into consideration. I had a nail appointment with Tiffany today 6:30pm- as I was rushing back from work, i was running just a little behind so as courtesy, i called to let them know i was running 5 minutes behind, and was told they couldn’t wait. I was very upset because every single time I arrive ON TIME to my appts, techs are usually still not ready for me and I have had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to wrap it up with previous clients. Because my acrylics were already super bad I decided to still make an appearance to remove them with whoever was available. At 6:35 ON THE DOT, I arrive to find Tiffany STILL with another client………..not cool and very upsetting!!!!!! next time dont lie about it on the phone making it seem like it’s my fault the appt was missed. The reason for my 3 stars is because overall they have good techs, Tina is wonderful on pedicures, Tiffany, phillip, john are good at acrylics, but this was NOT COOL, and it happened to my sister too, but I was too faithful to this place that i talked her out of being upset over it…. Until it happened to me.
