I’ve been going to Kaitlyns Nail Salon for about a year now. I always get a gel manicure and some kind of design.
Pro: You can purchase your own files (infection control). I like that they require everyone to wear a mask. Friendly and helpful staff. Love Steven! Always able to do the design I bring in or ask for :). It’s also the little things like spa music and decor that also make the experience more pleasant.
Cons: $$$$ Pricing. I will continue to go back because of the above mentioned but feel the pricing is way more than what others charge.
This is the place to get your nails done. It's the best around. I have never been disappointed. The environment is beautiful! You can tell they took time, spent money- to add a lot of extra touches to give you that "experience" us girls want to feel when treat ourselves to getting our nails done.
Steve (the owner) is my favorite one to see. My nails come out PERFECT when he does them.
Last visit, I brought my 7 yr old daughter to our nails done- when she was done, he changed the TV to whatever SHE wanted to watch! Even scrolled through Netflix for her! He put on "Sing 2" for her while he finished my nails. I was do touched by that. The extra mile. I've never experienced that in other places.
You'll pay a little more, but to me it's worth it.

No cards accepted during the week, cash only. Can only use cards on Fri, Sat. That's the only inconvenience.
I came yesterday with my two daughters. Got them kid gel manicures which one came out great, the other is super thick and makes my daughter fingers uncomfortable. I got a full set, and my natural nails are showing the sides of all nails. Idk if I’ll come back. I I do feel that they over charged.
my mom and i come here all the time, the staff are friendly and my nails come out so cute every time :) Steve is the best, my mom gets her nails done by him every time and he is amazing. she also has a problem where one of her fingers is completely limp and can't move, but Steve is always able to work with it. always a great experience and i will continue to come here for my nails any time i need them done!!
I have been coming for months. How well they take care of you when you a new customer but once you a regular they become bias to whom goes next. Why am I even bothering to sign in. But to have to wait 3 hours on a Wednesday afternoon. When you get bumped from one person to another what choice did I have. Then again NOT one person will reply or apologize. Byeeee
I have been here twice for two different services… hands and feet… and I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences. The staff here are incredibly friendly, they keep the entire place so clean (I watched them cleaning while I was waiting), and the quality of their work is very good. Highly recommend!
These nails are 3 days old. Spent $50 just to have gel nails for not even 3 full days. Not worth your money. Poor customer service as well. Don’t recommend it.
I had a full set of acrylic nails done
It took a little longer but I am very pleased with the results! The woman was very professional and polite and even took photos of my finished nails at the end! They look very similar to the photo reference of the nails I wanted and are very good quality! I usually have the urge to take false nails off but these feel really natural and nice I definitely recommend! :) me and my fat fingers approve????????????????
