Kassia hair Braiding does its best to satisfy our customers. Some of these reviews are mostly not true. We have one of the cleanest shops and we do a very good job. We always try to be professional with our client .We are doing everything we can so our customers can be satisfied and happy. For future client please come see us. We do a really good job and you will not be disappointed. For those who wont be "returning" hope you change your mind and come see us. We have more satisfied customers then customers that are not satisfied

This has been the best experience. The owner is very sweet and nice. She really cares about her work and my daughter’s hair was super neat and pretty. She does not braid tight and she made sure that her parts were oiled. I made another appointment because I was so pleased.

When I walked in, I was not sure what style I wanted. She helped me to figure out a style and then she got started on me very quickly. Braiding my hair normally takes 10 to 12 hours, because my hair is so thick, but they finished mine in record time! It only took about 5 hours. If you come in and they don't have anyone there to braid your hair at the time, they will call someone to come in and they are there pretty quick. I will continue to use them!

I was in need of a new window installation and I called a few window companies to get quotes, but these contractors were the only ones that called me back. They were very professional, and I felt like they gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be done. The price was good, so we went ahead with it.

Absolutely love getting my hair braided here. I’ve been going for over 3 years. From knotless, box braids, goddess, cornrows, I’m never disappointed. Ms. Mary is my favorite. Her daughter did knotless for me, and she did an amazing job. My braids are always neat, and I get exactly what I want every time. The best-hands down!!
