Are used to go to KY all the time and had the greatest experience but this time was not a good experience. I got a manicure and a pedicure and during my manicure, she was rushing the whole time my nails are bubbly they don’t look good at all. They are uneven, oddly shaped, and there is tons of acrylic on my fingers. My sister also got a manicure and the same thing happened to her. She was rushed the whole time. She went between two people during our pedicures many people came in and they helped them first and we were there for 2 1/2 hours and it was not enjoyable she did not give us a discount and charged us almost $200 for the both of us when in previous times for both of us it is only been 150 in mind you my sister didn’t even get her pedicure finished they filed her toes and scrubbed her legs and never painted them so we decided to leave with a overcharge from hell.
Went in 2 weeks ago and I was pretty happy with the outcome besides one nail uneven. I decided to go back and give them a second chance. Well they disappointed me even more. I was SO rushed. She was hopping back and forth between me and 2 other girls. I was there an hour and 30 min for a fill. Then she proceeded to accept more people as they came through the door. I asked for almond shaped and as you can tell every nail is a different shape. I just got them done last night and they already look outgrown because she didn’t push back my cuticle. She rushed so much that she kept smudging and repainted over multiple times. Looks like I’ll be finding a new place.
When I went the lady was on her phone and was working very fast. I could see she was doing some nails with certain things and leaving out others. She was in a hurry to get them done and only after one week they have started chipping and the clear coat is coming off. Will not ever be going here again. Very disappointed with the service and these not lasting long at all.
If I could give zero stars I would. I came in for a full set of acrylics. I have never had such a sloppy and painful experience at a nail salon before. She ignored the picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. She cut me three times, one finger has taken a whole week to heal from how deep the cut was. She left dried acrylic stuck all over my fingers and my nails are so thick they look like a 5 year old did them. I will never be going back here again.
Very disappointed. I have been using this salon for over a year now . Today my niece and I went to have a girls day . I called at 1p and they told me I could get us both in at 2. We showed up at 1:50p, they started on my nieces nails right away, happy with that. I, on the other hand , was passed by to help a customer that came in AFTER me. They glued the tips on my fingers , so I could patiently wait my turn , but instead of helping me by getting my nails started , they just offered to take my tips off , and helped the lady who came in AFTER me . They left my nails BUTCHERED and covered in nail glue . I always spoke highly on this salon, until today. I will not be returning to give them any of my business after this experience, unfortunately.
Was only one lady working. she was trying to do two clients at one time making the work a little sloppy. also resulting in the acrylic being super thick. she was very nice tho
My nails were NASTY! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes (I chose no polish). My nails look great now. Thank you K-Y Nails! You are awesome!
They did an amazing job on my nails ????, great service, and they were extremely nice. I’m definitely going here again!
