I had a Gel French Manicure and Pedicure. The white tips were put too low on my fingernails so they look horribly awkward. The Gel is turning yellow and I've never had that happen! Two of the nails are even crooked! My pedicure was performed by a child. Don't we have Child Labor Laws??? When I was given the price I almost had a heart attack! I asked her to tell me why it was so high and she just said that's what it cost. I'll never go back there!

I got my nails done here yesterday. The oldest lady there started my nail process, I noticed that some were thicker and crooked in places and when I asked her to fix it she handed me the nail file and said if you know how to do nails you do it yourself. I was not being rude at all. I even got to a point where I stated I wasn’t trying to be rude or upset her.

I just wanted my nails done the way I liked since I paid so much. I was astounded by the customer service treatment. Horrible to say the least if you are looking for a place to get things done this place is not the place to go. Not worth the price they charge! I left VERY UNHAPPY.

I went in for a fill- my nails are not shaped even, cut my fingers the lady was Super rude and my nails look horrible! And she charged me 55.00! Posted price is 34.99. These pictures are directly after walking to my car. I will never return! Do not waste your money or time.

Fastest I have ever seen a manicure if that’s what you could even call it. Left polish on my fingers and several nails have small chunks on them. Terrible and would not recommend for $40.

Took my Granddaughter in to have her nails done with me. We asked for manicures. We had not get the full service of a manicure. The only think we actually got was our nails painted. No cuticles trimmed, no hand massage, no oil for your cuticles and the worst part was I was charged $116.00 for just more or less getting our nails painted. The staff was nice, but be well aware you may be charged for a service that you actually didn’t get.

$67 for acrylic nails that looked nothing like what i showed them….and i left with acrylic all over my fingers. I felt like my hands were covered in super glue. She burned the tips of my fingers with the drill. They were very rude. I tried to talk to them. They basically ignored me. I don’t understand why it’s so expensive in this town to get your nails done. They don’t even do a good job. The tip of my nails shouldn’t be wider than the base but for some reason everyone seems to do that. Even if i show them a picture of the shape i want. This lady looked at me like i was stupid when i showed her the picture and said well yea i can do that. Obviously you couldn’t. I’d give 0 stars if i could.

Don't be like me and ignore the reviews. The pedicure we received should be called valued at 30 dollars at most. The pedicure itself wasn't bad however they are to high priced for the service they give. Then I couldn't even get the design I wanted bc the lady claimed it was airbrushed which it wasn't. Then I showed a second design I wanted and she didn't even do that. The paint was messy. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I have read through the reviews on here. A lot of negative feed back. But I decided to give it a shot for myself and have been to KT a few times now. The first was for full set acrylics. (Fills there after) They turned out great. No chipping bubbles blemish no acrylic on my skin, nails were even, no extra clue on my hands. Absolutely love the polish selection. I was really happy when I picked out a magnetic polish and gentleman was honest with and stated that particular one was hard to get to show up. So he found me a couple other colors similar that actually show up, picked one and they turned out great. I have been to a few different places in different towns and nothing compares to the quality and service I received at KT. And the pricing is very reasonable (my opinion) you pay for quality. If there is something wrong or that your not sure about with your nails before you leave address it with them. They will do what they can to fox it and make the customer happy.
