My fiance got me a 1 hour massage, and it was absolutely amazing! Lola was so wonderful, and very friendly! I had never had a massage before but I can definitely say I will be a repeat customer!
The atmosphere is very welcoming, and it is a very well kept facility! You cannot go wrong coming here to relax, and your supporting a local small business!
Well, I must say after 2 months of waiting I finally got my massage and it was enjoyable! I was shockingly surprised Lola was very personable, knowledgeable, and very informative. I was extremely irritated with the amount of effort I had to put into making an appointment and the poor phone customer service. I understand as a small business owner the obstacles that one faces on a daily basis but I would recommend a phone service to help out with the multiple phone inquires. Lola is a hidden jewel and has a wide variety of wonderful services but the terrible phone service is a major deterrent, if she gets rid of the bad phone service then I would be able to give all 5 stars. Overall, I'm satisfied and I will be giving her another try.
I visited Just Relax Spa for a deep tissue massage with Lola and she gave me one of the best massages I have ever had! Lola is very professional and informative as to what is going on with the body and delivers a great massage to allow those areas to feel better. You definitely will NOT be wasting your time or money when booking an appointment with her!
Fantastic experience. Lola was very professional and thorough. I was a few minutes late for my appointment. She was very understanding. After the massage she explained where I am carrying tension and some ideas on how to improve. Super happy with it. The people who wrote one star reviews should be ashamed for trying to damage someone's business when they are too childish to even use the services. We tipped well over the $20 mentioned in the Groupon and it was worth every penny.
Hands down the best massage and overall spa experience I've ever had. Lola is amazing at what she does. I leave completely destressed, refreshed and rejuvenated after every visit. A trip to her spa simply takes you away. There is no doubt that she has healing hands! Everyone should treat themselves to regular visits to Just Relax Spa. You'll be glad you did!
Best experience I’ve had with getting a massage! I’ve gotten massages in the past where they have you lay on the table, they begin and end the massage and that’s it! No conversation or consultation! Lola really took the time to listen about my concerns and problem areas. She focused on those concerns and really worked to fix the problem areas during the massage. After the massage she gave me many suggestions and thoroughly explained what’s causing the issues I am having. Very, very knowledgeable! She’s exactly what you should expect in a massage therapist! Was not expecting to get an appointment today, so I was VERY pleased to be able to get in right away! Excited to check out the membership program and schedule my next appointment!
Mrs. Lola was amazing. Walk in & she knows your name. She was super polite & very professional. She asked questions & was very informative. My massage was amazing, she hit areas that I didn’t even tell her were tense. She was awesome!
Great session. I really feel relaxed. Lola explained everything from beginning to end including expectations. Afterwards, Lola asked for any feedback which I thought was great. I would definitely recommend a Just Relax Spa for any of your massage needs.
