Horrible service! There’s no point in making an appointment they will literally take a walk in customer 3 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You will sit & wait regardless minimal Of ONE HOUR ! While I was there for nearly 3 hours basically everyone who walked in or had an appointment was told pick nail polish a few minutes. They push all kinds of services to keep you waiting. And after all that they RUSH threw your nails and start on another before your actually done. Unprofessional the place is falling apart and doesn’t even look sanitary.
Loving my nails done by Tina at Juju. She took her time applying these gold foil one ring piece at a time. It was a little of a wait to be seen but what nail salon doesn’t have a wait.
I would give NO STAR but it doesn’t allow. I went in for simple gel color and had to wait an entire hour just for the owner (Juju) to still not be ready for me to get my nails done. I notified her that I already made an appointment in advance but she still made me wait over an hour. After I got tired of waiting, I went up to her and confronted her about this issue and I was told to LEAVE if I was not willing to wait an extra 45 minutes. I was shocked that the owner HERSELF encourages this disrespectful work culture and totally disregards peoples appointments made for their services. I still waited and got my nails done but it was clear the work she did was not worth the excessive wait. I knew then it’d be my first and LAST time. They paid no attention to their waiting costumers. Even my coworkers told me how horrible my gel color looks. And they have limited amount of color and it looks old and dry after only 3 days of getting my nails done here. Ugh that was money wasted!
Juju always does amazing nails. They hold up for a long time. Yes there might be a wait sometimes for her but she gets so many clients, I don’t blame her. Everyone is cleaning non stop and wiping everything down. If you don’t want to wait long then come in the mornings.
No respect for peoples time. They do not care whether you have an appointment. Terrible customer service. You are better off finding another salon.
Michael does a great job with my nails.
This was my first time getting any type of tips in about 5 years. Michael did them for me and they look FANTASTIC! I need to get my tips super short and have them grow long so I can get used to them, and he is the only person Ive said that to who didn't look at me like I had 10 heads, did what I asked and did an amazing job.
Usually when I go I just get a pedicure (a spa one because the massages are excellent) from Michael (which he also does a fantastic job with).
All in all I can only say I have never had a bad experience since I've been going to Juju's and thank you for keeping my toes and nails presentable.
Horrible service. The owner was incredibly rude. I came to get a pedicure and 3 days later everything chipped off. I went back to juju to fix it, and all she did was put paint on top of my chipped nails. I asked her to redo the chipped nail and she told me I would have to pay again!! I literally came after I just got it done and shes asking me to pay more just to fix what was chipped?!? Very rude she yelled at me and the way she spoke to me was just HORRIBLE!
