Their receipt states "no refunds" but it doesn't say anything about exchanges so I tried going today to exhange an unopened, sealed, unexpired hair dye bottle today just to trade for another color, same brand and size and I was told they can't because they only do exchanges within 7 days and I bought it 2 months ago. I explained the receipt says nothing about exchanges, let alone time limits on them so how was I gonna know that and they still wouldn't work with me to simply exchange hair color to what I needed. Won't be going back to this store again and will choose their competitors for future transactions. Customer service matters! Money/ greed shouldn't come above that! Would-be loyal customer: gone.

I made a purchase at their store a few months ago. I took one of the items back due to what I consider poor quality. They refused to exchange the item claiming it was tampered with, which was NOT true. I taped the attempted exchange which was a good thing because JT, the store owner, claimed that I cussed him out, which is untrue. I left the item with JT and disputed it with my bank. The company won the dispute due to their no refund policy. I called the owner and request my item back because they still have it along with my money. JT, the owner told me I could have it back after first telling me that he threw it away. He stated he would call the police and make me sign a document or I could take him to small claims court. This is ridiculous. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store and have brought them several customers. I can't believe they would treat a previous loyal customer as if they don't matter over an item that was approximately $65.00. This company needs to be cognitive that 80% of their business comes from 20% of its customers, due to repeat business. I will never purchase anything from this store again. I also plan on filing the small claims case because it's a matter of principle as you cannot keep an item and the customer's money. I even requested that I have someone pick up the item or requested that it be mailed to my home. JT told me NO. I plan on playing the recording in court because I am not in the business of donating to a business. It is crazy for him to think that they can keep both the item and the money. Respectfully submitted.

The only ppl I see in this store making purchases are blk ppl. Fyi, if you want to be followed around the whole store from the time you walk in till you leave ,plz go spend your hard earned money with them. I'll be taking my money else where from now on

I love that they're around the corner. Very down-to-Earth and quite pleasant. Doesn't follow you around like you're a thief which is always a plus lol They even let me demonstrate how good my favorite edge control work without a fuss, just make sure to inform them that you're purchasing the item. Can't just dig your fingers in the product lol

Been loving this store for about 5 years. Since I moved to kc . I was short and asked could I just come back , the lady said I trust you. I was short 50 dollars. I left and came back right before they closed . The lady said it's still some honest people in this world. Love the people that own the store . Jay hella cool, his Dad is so sweet, the ladies the work there are awesome. Every Time I come I get a discount. You know they like you when they let you use they bathroom. ❤❤????????
