I was looking for another nail salon closer to home. I was very impressed by my visit. I love my nails and like how detail oriented my nail tech was. It's the small things that will make me return.
7/20/22 UPDATE
The photo on the right was from today's visit. It isn't the same standard as when I first visited. Today the tech table was dirty with nail clippings and polish dust from yesterday. They wanted me to belive the salon had been busy...I was the first customer of the day. Nail polish isn't smooth and the nails don't look natural. Not a happy camper at all for 40 dollars plus tip.
Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was at the seat within 5 minutes. I needed an acrylic fill and manicure and showed the gentleman a photo. With the help of another guy, they were able to get all the colors I wanted with modifications. What’s crazy is this manicure was the same cost $55 as another place down the way and I got so much more here!!! I’ll just say you have a new regular customer and I’ll be back in a few weeks!
I’m not sure how this place has 5 stars other than people aren’t taking the time to leave a review. I’m writing this review as I sit here waiting an hour + to be serviced after I was told 10 minutes which seems to be what they tell everyone. So I have time.
I only ever come for the same basic services (gel fill and shellac) and while there is never usually more than one person ahead of me waiting they are very slow.
They barely greet you. They never provide you with an accurate wait time. They don’t provide you with any updates on how much longer before you’re up. They won’t even make eye contact unless they have to. So make sure you come equipped with plenty of patience and have time to sit.
I’m being generous with 3 stars because even once they get to you provide their nail services…it’s just decent work. It gets The job done.
The only reason I come here is because of the convenience of it being right down the street. However, that convenience factor becomes a moot point when they wait is consistently long.
They could work on service and they aren’t pricy so just be aware that it never looks busy for a reason. Be your own judge of course; just sharing my experience.
Very slow!!!!!! They don’t get dead skin off heels. Amateur like students or something. They only have one experienced guy and he’s never available the rest are students or something practicing on you. They made me very late for an appointment and I had plenty of time! Anywhere else I could have got a mani/ pedi wax etc and the guy was still doing my feet in slow motion!
I came here because my normal nail salon had a power outage. They took me as a walk-in which I appreciated. They did a wonderful job on my dip manicure. I do wish they did the cuticle cutting and lotion/massage, but overall very happy with the service!
I’ve used this spa many times and have always been pleased but today I had David for the first time.
That man has magical hands sent from god!
He took time in cleaning and scrubbing my skin, removing all the callous, then gave me massage on my legs and feet that made me moan out and say “holy f*ck”.
Quite the experience ????

I had the best experience today I’m so happy with my nails. Harold was amazing so sweet and nice I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails and he nailed it. I will be coming to see him every 2 weeks. Also got a pedicure he took his time and I was so comfortable and relaxed ❤️
Three stars because the nail services are decent, but I won’t be coming back. This is the second time they’ve started on people that came in after me, it’s just rude and bad business.
