My “fade” got chopped. Parts of my hair weren’t cut. Some parts were chopped. Left side has patch missing. Side burns weren’t faded in. My entire hair is uneven and choppy. Don’t recommend and won’t ever go back .
The customer service here is awful- absolutely do not go! I had two children appointments back to back (40 minutes allotted in total) in which we were 12 minutes late for. We have been going here for a year and this is the first time in the entire time we were late. They had over 20 minutes to fit the second cut in and refused to cut my other son's hair based on policy (over ten minutes). I guess the hair dresser just needed a break. I cannot imagine what they would do if your kids gave them a hard time giving hair cuts. My suggestion would be to go somewhere more reasonable who is looking for neighborhood clients versus just summer clients. We will not be back- do not bring your kids!
In response to the owner: Did I say anything that was incorrect? I noted we were 12 minutes late in which you confirmed on the call- I'm unclear what surveillance would add. At the end of the day, this is not a family friendly place. I agree I misspoke on the phone and shouldn't have used poor language but after you cut my first son's hair in less than twenty minutes and told me in the remaining twenty minutes you had that you couldn't cut my seconds childs hair I was more than a little annoyed. Please come into my place of business, I have way more flexibility you could learn something.
Been going to this barbershop for just over 3 years now and have always had a good experience. The staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the location is convenient. I always look forward to my next haircut (and sometimes shave) as soon as my most recent one. Unfortunately, they're very understaffed so if possible, try booking your appointment at least at week in advance.
This place is a joke i was late by 5 mins no call to say if ur to late that we wouldn't be able to cut ur hair. When I get there they ask me my name n say it's to late to cut ur hair now. That our next apt would be next week. Late by 5 mins NO CUT!!!! NO CASH FROM ME OR ANYONE OF MY FRIENDS !!! mind u it was my 1st time going there never again

If you have not met Samantha run don’t walk. This woman is the master of cuts. She works with you listening to every detail you want. She’s a straight shooter while making you feel so comfortable. She is there for you to make you feel the best you possibly can all while doing it in a time efficient manner.
Small, 4-chair shop with friendly and professional staff and awesome prices. $12 bought me a hair cut that I would normally pay at least $40 for. Looks great. Happy I found this little gem.
